ﻗﻨﺪ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ اﻧﺮژي اﻧﺴﺎن اﺳﺖ و ﺳﺎﮐﺎرز ﯾﮑﯽ از ﺑﺎرزﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻗﻨﺪﻫﺎﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر اﻧﺴﺎن ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد. ﭘﺎﺳﺦ ﺑﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد ﭘﺘﺎس در زراﻋﺖ ﭼﻐﻨﺪرﻗﻨﺪ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﺳﻮدﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﺎﺷ.ﺪ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﺣﺪود 40 % از ﻣﺰارﻋﯽ ﮐﻪ زﯾﺮ ﮐﺸﺖ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر رﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ داﺷﺘﻪاﻧﺪ. اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر و ﭘﺘﺎس ﺑﺮ روي ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺳﺒﺰﯾﻨﮕﯽ و ﻗﻄﺮ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻗﻨﺪ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1398 در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ آزﻣﺎﯾﺶ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار ﻣﻮرد ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽ ﮔﯿﺮد. ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﮐﻮدي ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ: ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد(، ﭘﺘﺎس از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺗﺮﺳﺖ اﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ )(TRUST K2O ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 3-2 ﻟﯿﺘﺮ در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر، ﺑﻮر از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺗﺮﺳﺖ ﺑﻮر )(TRUST BORON ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 1 در ﻫﺰار و ﺑﻮر+ ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ اﺳﺖ. اﺛﺮ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر و ﭘﺘﺎس ﺑﺮ روي ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺳﺒﺰﯾﻨﮕﯽ )ﻋﺪد ﮐﻠﺮوﻓﯿﻞ ﻣ(ﺘﺮ ﺑﺮگ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻗﻨﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﺳﺒﺰﯾﻨﮕﯽ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ B +K ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻋﺪم ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺷﺎﻫﺪ( و ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ B و K )ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺟﺪاﮔﺎﻧﻪ( ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﻧﺸﺎن داد. اﺛﺮﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر و ﭘﺘﺎس ﺑﺮ ﻗﻄﺮ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻗﻨﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﮐﻪ ﺑﺰرﮔﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ B+K و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻗﻄﺮ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻋﺪم ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ( اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﺑﻮر در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮرد اﺣﺘﻤﺎﻻ ﺑﻮاﺳﻄﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ اﯾﻦ ﻋﻨﺼﺮ روي ﻃﻮﯾﻞ ﺷﺪن ﺳﻠﻮل ﻫﺎي رﯾﺸﻪ اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر و ﭘﺘﺎس روي ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻗﻨﺪ ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺻﻔﺎت ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ و در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رﺷﺪ و ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮔﯿﺎه ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Sugar is one of the main sources of human energy supply, and sucrose is one of the most prominent sugars that is abundantly available to humans. The response to potash fertilizer application in sugar beet farming can be can be very beneficial. Globally, about 40% of the beet crops require potassium fertilizer. This experiment was carried out to investigate the effect of foliar application of boron and potash on the index of vegetation and root diameter of sugar beet in 2019 growing season in research farm of Faculty of Agriculture, Shahrekord University. The experiment set in a randomized complete block design with three replications. Fertilizer treatment with four levels of fertilizer including control (without fertilizer application), potassium from TRUST K2O source (TRUST K2O) at 2-3 liters per hectare, boron from TRUST BORON source an‎d boron + potassium. The effect of foliar application of boron and potash on vegetative index (chlorophyll meter) of sugar beet leaf was significant. The highest amount of greenness belonged to B + K foliar application, which was significantly different from non-foliar application (control) and B and K foliar application (individually). The effects of foliar application of boron and potash on sugar beet diameter were significant. So that the highest diameter is related to B + K foliar treatment and the lowest diameter is to non-foliar application (control). The positive role of boron in this case is probably due to its effect on elongation of root cells. The results showed that foliar application of boron and potash on sugar beet improves physiological traits and ultimately improves plant growth and function.
