ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر و ﭘﺘﺎس روي ﺑﺮﺧﯽ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻗﻨﺪ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ 3 ﺗﮑﺮار در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﺑﻠﻮك ﻫﺎي ﮐﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎﺗﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯽ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻗﻨﺪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻗﻨﺪ ﻣﻼس و ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن ﻣﻀﺮه ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻣﻮاد ﻏﯿﺮ ﻗﻨﺪي ﺑﻮﯾﮋه ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﮐﺮﯾﺴﺘﺎﻟﯿﺰه ﺷﺪن ﺳﺎﮐﺎرز ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮﻧﺪ.ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻫﺎي ﮐﻮدي ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: 1-ﺷﺎﻫﺪ )ﺑﺪون ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﻮد(، 2-ﭘﺘﺎس از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺗﺮﺳﺖ اﮐﺴﯿﺪ ﭘﺘﺎﺳﯿﻢ ﺑﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان 3-2 ﻟﯿﺘﺮ در ﻫﮑﺘﺎر، 3- ﺑﻮر از ﻣﻨﺒﻊ ﺗﺮﺳﺖ ﺑﻮر ﺑﺎ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ 1 در ﻫﺰار و4- ﺑﻮر+ ﭘﺘﺎس ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد اﺛﺮ ﺑﺨﺸﯽ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر و ﭘﺘﺎس روي ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن ﻣﻀﺮه و ﻗﻨﺪ ﻣﻼس ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﮐﻪ ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﯿﺘﺮوژن ﻣﻀﺮه و ﻗﻨﺪ ﻣﻼس ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﭘﺘﺎس اﺧﺘﺼﺎص داﺷﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر + ﭘﺘﺎس اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﻧﺪاﺷﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﻠﻮل ﭘﺎﺷﯽ ﺑﻮر و ﭘﺘﺎس ﺑﻪ ﺟﻬﺖ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ رﯾﺸﻪ ﭼﻐﻨﺪر ﻗﻨﺪ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
In order to investigate the effect of foliar application of boron and potash on some qualitative
characteristics of sugar beet, a experiment with 3 replications was conducted in a randomized
complete block design in research farm of Shahrekord University. Qualitative characteristics of sugar
beet root include molasses sugar content and harmful nitrogen. Non-sugary substances, especially
nitrogen, reduce the crystallization of sucrose. Fertilizer treatments include: 1-control (without
fertilizer application), 2- potassium from TRUST K2O source with 2-3 liters per hectare, 3-boron
from TRUST BORON source with concentration of 1 per thousand and (4) boron + potassium. The
results showed that the effect of foliar application of boron and potash on the amount of harmful
nitrogen and molasses sugar was significant. The lowest amount of nitrogen and molasses sugar was
observed in the potash foliar treatment, which was not significantly different from the boron +
potassium foliar treatment. Therefore, foliar application of boron and potassium is recommended to
enhance the quality of sugar beet root
