ﺑﻪﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ ﮔﺎﺑﺎ و اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺎراﻣﺘﺮﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي رﺷﺪي ﮔﯿﺎه ﺧﯿﺎر ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري، اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮرﯾﻞ در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺗﮑﺮار در آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﮕﺎه ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن داروﯾﯽ داﻧﺸﮑﺪه ﮐﺸﺎورزي داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺗﺮﺑﺖﺣﯿﺪرﯾﻪ اﺟﺮا ﺷﺪ. ﺳﻄﻮح ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر اول ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﭘﯿﺶﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎ ﮔﺎﺑﺎ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ 5 و 10 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻣﻮﻻر، اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ 5 و 10 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻣﻮﻻر، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﺗﻮام اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦو ﮔﺎﺑﺎ در دو ﺳﻄﺢ 5و 10 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻣﻮﻻر و آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ اول و ﻋﺪم ﭘﯿﺶﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﺑﺬرﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺷﺎﻫﺪ دوم و ﻓﺎﮐﺘﻮر دوم ﺷﺎﻣﻞ آﺑﯿﺎري ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﺎ ﺳﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻮري )0 )ﺷﺎﻫﺪ ﯾﺎ آب ﻣﻘﻄﺮ(، 1/79 دﺳﯽزﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ و 9/51 دﺳﯽزﯾﻤﻨﺲ ﺑﺮ ﻣﺘﺮ( در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ ﺑﺬور ﺑﺎ ﮔﺎﺑﺎ و اﺳﭙﺮﻣﯿﺪﯾﻦ در ﺑﺮﺧﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت رﺷﺪي از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ، ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ و ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ دارد. ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﮔﺎﺑﺎ در ﺳﻄﺢ 5 ﻣﯿﻠﯽﻣﻮﻻر و ﮐﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ درﺻﺪ ﺟﻮاﻧﻪزﻧﯽ در ﺗﯿﻤﺎر ﻋﺪم ﭘﺮاﯾﻤﯿﻨﮓ اﺗﻔﺎق اﻓﺘﺎد )ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 96/44و 54/66 درﺻﺪ( ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮد ﭘﻠﯽآﻣﯿﻦ و ﮔﺎﺑﺎ در ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﺗﺨﻔﯿﻒ اﺛﺮ ﺗﻨﺶ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮاد ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ اﺳﻤﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﺳﺎزﮔﺎر از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﺧﺼﻮﺻﯿﺎت ﻣﺮﻓﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ و ﻓﯿﺰﯾﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮑﯽ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
To evaluate the role of GABA and Spermidine on germination parameters and growth indices of
cucumber seed under salinity stress. This study was conducted in a completely randomized factorial
design with three replications in college of agriculture, Torbat Heydariyeh university. First factor levels
were included GABA seed pretreatment at two levels of 5 and 10 mM, Spermidine at two levels of 5 and
10 mM, co-application of Spermidine and GABA at two levels of 5 and 10 mM, hydroprimimg of seed
and non-pretreatment of the seeds were considered as control and the second factor consisted of plant
irrigation with three salinity levels (0, 1/79 and 9/51 dS/m. The results showed that seed priming with
GABA and Spermidine had positive effects on some growth traits such as germination percentage,
germination index, and shoot length. According to the results, the application of polyamine and GABA on
plants under salt stress reduced the effect of salt stress. The highest germination percent was occurred in
application of GABA in 5 mM and the lowest was in control treatment (96.44 and 54.66 percent,
respectively). Therefore, under salt stress conditions, the use of these substances as a compatible osmolyte
by improving morphological and physiological properties is recommended.
