ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺻﻔﺎت زراﻋﯽ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺟﻮ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﺑﻮد. ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ارزﯾـﺎﺑﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد، 150 وارﯾﺘﻪ ي ﺟﻮ در ﺳﺎل زراﻋﯽ 1393-94 و در ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻃﺮح آﻟﻔـﺎ ﻻﺗـﯿﺲ ﺑـﺎ دو ﺗﮑـﺮار ﺗﺤﺖ دو ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري در ﻣﺰرﻋﻪ ي ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت و آﻣﻮزش ﮐﺸﺎورزي و ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﯾﺰد ﮐﺸﺖ ﺷـﺪﻧﺪ . ﻧﺘـﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ژﻧﻮﺗﯿﭗ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﮐﻠﯿـﻪ ﺻـﻔﺎت وﺟـﻮد دارد. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻣﺴﯿﺮ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ و ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷﺖ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد داﻧـﻪ در ﻫﺮ دو ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل وﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺑﯿﻮﻟﻮژﯾـﮏ و ﺷـﺎﺧﺺ ﺑﺮداﺷـﺖ ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد داﻧـﻪ را ﺗﺤﺖ ﻫﺮ دو ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل و ﺗﻨﺶ ﺷﻮري اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ داد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of present study was identification of agronomic traits related to barley yield under
control and salinity conditions. In order to evaluate the relationship between different traits on grain
yield, 150 barley cultivars were planted in alpha lattice design in two replications at both normal and
salt stress conditions at Agriculture and Natural Resources Research and Education Center, Yazd, Iran
in 2014-15. The results of variance analysis showed that there is significant genetic variation among
the studied genotypes for all traits. Path analysis showed that biological yield and harvest index were
the most important effective traits on grain yield under both normal and salinity stress conditions.
Therefore, grain yield can be increased under normal and salinity stress conditions by an increase in
biological yield and harvest index.
