Galegaofficinalis ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻗﺴﻤﺖ ﻫﺎي ﻫﻮاﯾﯽ آن ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﮔﺴﺘﺮدهاي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ داروي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي در درﻣﺎن ﺗﺐ ﺑﺪﺧﯿﻢ، اﻟﺘﻬﺎب، ﻋﻔﻮﻧﺖ اﻧﮕﻠﯽ، ﮐﺮمﻫﺎ و دﯾﺎﺑﺖ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮد. در ﻃﺐ ﺳﻨﺘﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ از اﯾﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻣﺤﺼﻮل ﺿﺪ دﯾﺎﺑﺖ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﮔﯿﺎه ﺷﯿﺮاﻓﺰا اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽﺷﻮد.ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﺮك ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎﺗﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ دﻓﺎﻋﯽ ﻫﺮ ﮔﯿﺎﻫﯽ را ﺗﺤﺮﯾﮏ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ و ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ارﺗﻘﺎء دﻫﻨﺪه ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻣﺘﺎﺑﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﻫﺎي ﺛﺎﻧﻮﯾﻪ در ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ و ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﻬﻤﯽ در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد روشﻫﺎي ﺑﯿﻮﺳﻨﺘﺰي ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﺎت ﺑﺎ ارزش داروﯾﯽ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎﯾﯽ رﯾﺸﻪﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﯾﯿﻦ در ﺗﻮﻟﯿﺪ ﻓﯿﺘﻮﻫﻮرﻣﻮنﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﻧﯿﺎزﺷﺎن، ﮐﺸﺖ رﯾﺸﻪ ﻣﻮﯾﯿﻦ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺑﺪون ﻫﻮرﻣﻮن ﺻﻮرت ﮔﯿﺮد. در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ اﺛﺮ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات اﮐﺴﯿﺪ آﻫﻦ ﺑﺮ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ رﯾﺸﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮﯾﯿﻦ ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ G. officinalisﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ آﻧﺘﯽ اﮐﺴﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻏﻠﻈﺖ ﻧﺎﻧﻮ ذرات اﮐﺴﯿﺪ آﻫﻦ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Galegaofficinalis is a medicinal plant that widely used for the treatment of malignant fever,
inflammation, parasitic infection, worms and diabetes. Traditional medicine also uses this plant as an
anti-diabetic and dioretic product. Elicitors are compounds that stimulate the immune system of each
plant and they are used as Increasesin the production of secondary metabolites in plants and they can
play an important role in improving the biosynthetic methods of valuable compounds in plants.Due to
the ability of the hair roots to produce the phytohormones, hair root can be cultured in a hormone-free
medium. In this study, the effect of iron oxide NPs on antioxidant activity in hairy roots of G.
officinalis was investigated. The results showed that antioxidant activity was significantly affected by
the different concentration of iron oxide NPs.
