ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ )La(llemantiaroyleana داراي ﻣﻮاد ﻣﻮﺛﺮه ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ اﺳ.ﺖ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ داراي ﻓﻮاﯾﺪ ﮔﻮﻧﺎﮔﻮﻧﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﺿﺪ ﻧﻔﺦ، ﯾﺒﻮﺳﺖ، ﺳﺮﻓﻪي ﺧﺸﮏ و آﺳﻢ ﻣﯽاﺷ.ﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ﺗﻨﻮع ژﻧﺘﯿﮑﯽ در اﺻﻼح ﻧﺒﺎﺗﺎت، از ﺟﻬﺶ ﻣﺼﻨﻮﻋﯽ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﺠﺎد ﺗﻨﻮع ﻣﯽﺗﻮان اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮐﺮد. ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺟﻬﺖ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ آﺛﺎر دزﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺷﻌﻪي ﮔﺎﻣﺎ )0، 500، 800، 1100، 1400، 1700 و 2000( ﺑﺮ وﯾﺰﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﺟﻮاﻧﻪ زﻧﯽ ﺑﺬر ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮي ﺷﯿﺮازي و ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ دز ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﭘﺮﺗﻮ ﮔﺎﻣﺎ ﺑﺮاي اﯾﺠﺎد ﺟﻬﺶ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻃﺮح ﮐﺎﻣﻼ ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﺎ 4 ﺗﮑﺮار اﺟﺮا ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺛﺮ دزﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ اﺷﻌﻪ ﮔﺎﻣﺎ ﺑﺮ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ، ﻃﻮل رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﻃﻮل ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﮔﯿﺎه داروﯾﯽ ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮي ﺷﯿﺮازي در ﺳﻄﺢ اﺣﺘﻤﺎل 1 درﺻﺪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽدار ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮري ﮐﻪ ﻃﻮل ﺳﺎﻗﻪﭼﻪ در اﺛﺮ ﺗﺎﺑﺶ 500 ﮔﺮي اﺷﻌﻪ ﮔﺎﻣﺎ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﻓﺖ وﻟﯽ رﯾﺸﻪﭼﻪ و ﻃﻮل ﮔﯿﺎﻫﭽﻪ ﮐﻞ در اﺛﺮ ﺗﺎﺑﺶ اﺷﻌﻪ ﮔﺎﻣﺎ روﻧﺪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ داﺷﺖ. ﺑﺎ اﯾﻦ ﺣﺎل دز 500 ﮔﺮي ﺑﺮاي اﯾﺠﺎد ﺟﻬﺶ زﻧﯽ در ﺑﺬرو ﺑﺎﻟﻨﮕﻮ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺗﺸﺨﺼﯽ داده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﺗﺎ ﺗﻨﻮع اﯾﻦ ﮔﻮﻧﻪ از ﮔﯿﺎﻫﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻣﺼﻨﻮﻋﯽ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﯾﺎﺑﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The herbal medicine (Lallemantiaroyleana) has many effective ingredients. Balengo seeds have various
benefits, including bloating, constipation, dry cough and asthma. Given the importance of genetic
diversity in plant breeding, artificial mutation can be used to create diversity. To this end, we investigated
the effects of different gamma radiation doses (0, 500, 800, 1100, 1400, 1700 and 2000) on germination
properties of Shiraz balm seed and determining the appropriate dose of gamma radiation to induce
mutation through a complete design. Randomized with 4 replications. Analysis of variance showed that
the effects of different doses of gamma ray on shoot length, root length and seedling length of Shiraz
balm were significant at 1% probability level. The shoot length increased by 500 Gy of gamma irradiation
but the total root and shoot length decreased by gamma irradiation. However, a dose of 500 Gy was found
to be suitable for mutation in Balengo seeds, which can be recommended to artificially increase the
diversity of these species.
