Ethylene oxide (EO) catalytic production is one of the key process in petrochemical industry. Operation condition investigation can lead to obtain optimal condition for improving reactor products. Reactor bed temperature in the range of 160-190 C, Reactor pressure (5 and 17 bar), chlorine moderator (3.5-12 ppm) and inlet flow rate are the parameters which studied in this research. Results showed that increase reactor pressure from 5 to 17 bar leads to increases ethylene conversion more than twice while, selectivity decreases from 94.5 to 90%. Besides, an optimum gas flow rate for 3 gr catalyst is found at about 180 mln/min in a reactor with 15 mm diameter. Chlorine concentration as moderator of reaction can leads to more yield at 5.6 ppm than 10.5 ppm, in spite of more than 2% decrease in selectivity.
