بررسي نقش تعديلگر هوش معنوي در رابطه بين كيفيت زندگي كاري و اثربخشي معلمان (مطالعه موردي: مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان رودبار جنوب)

Investigating the moderating role of spiritual intelligence in the relationship between quality of work life and Teachers Effectiveness case study south Roodbar secondary schools

هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسي نقش تعديلگر هوش معنوي در رابطه بين كيفيت زندگي كاري و اثربخشي معلمان (مطالعه موردي مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان رودبار جنوب)سال تحصيلي 96-97 بود. روش پژوهش توصيفي از نوع همبستگي است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق معلمان شاغل در مدارس متوسطه دوره اول شهرستان رودبار جنوب به تعداد 289 نفر بود كه 165 نفر به روش نمونهگيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب گرديدند. جمع آوري اطلاعات از طريق پرسشنامه كيفيت زندگي كاري والتون (1973)، پرسشنامه اثربخشي معلم چو و بولي (2007)، پرسشنامه استاندارد شده هوش معنوي كينگ (2008) انجام گرفت. به منظور تحليل داده هاي جمع آوري شده از نرم افزار SPSS ويراست 19 و Smart PLS 2 استفاده شد.نتايج نشان داد رابطه مستقيمي بين كيفيت زندكي كاري و اثربخشي وجود دارد و همچنين متغير هوش معنوي در رابطه بين كيفيت زندگي كاري و اثربخشي نقش تعديل گري دارد.

The purpose of this study was to Investigating the moderating role of spiritual intelligence in the relationship between quality of work life and Teachers Effectiveness (case study: south Roodbar secondary schools in the academic year of 2017-2018). The research method is descriptive correlational. The statistical population of this research consists of all the high schools of the second period in the first district of the city of Roodbar of the south with 289 people, of whom 165 were selected by simple random sampling method. The information has been collected by the Walton Work Quality Quality Questionnaire (1973), Teacher Chow and Boolean Efficiency Inventory (2007), King Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaire (2008). To analyze the collected data, Spss version 19 and Smart PLS 2 software have been used. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between the quality of work life and effectiveness, and the spiritual intelligence variable has a moderator role in the relationship between quality of work life and the effectiveness .
