The aim of this work is FCC riser simulation using the computational fluid dynamic tools. The two-fluid approach was used to model the hydrodynamic of the riser in which gas and solid phases are both continuous and fully interpenetrate in each other control volumes. Thus, the conservation equation of mass and momentum are derived for single phase and can be developed for description of the hydrodynamic behavior of gas-solid two phase flow. The results of the simulation include the gas and solid velocities and volume fractions and gas pressure are compared with experimental data. In order to evaluate the effect of boundary conditions on the wall, different wall restitution coefficient was used and the effect of the other model parameters such as: different drag models and mesh size are investigated.
