An idealized model for fluid dynamics and vaporization of liquid droplets is proposed which takes into account the
reduction of droplet temperature during the evaporation process to determine the achievable targets for developing a
basic understanding of the transport phenomena. This phenomenon occurs when a spherical liquid droplet vaporizes in a
hot environment. The results are employed to calculate the effects of convection on the droplet mass, lifetime, Reynolds
number, drag coefficient and Nusselt number. The main objective of the present paper is to model and predict the
history and lifetime of the droplet as it is vaporized on its trajectory. The droplet size has a very strong effect on the
vaporization. The predictions show that the drag coefficient Reynolds and Nusselt numbers increase as the droplet size
decreases and obviously the droplet temperature decreases as time passes. This paper is based on the variable physical
properties and Watson correlation for computing the variation of heat of vaporization with temperature.
