چكيده لاتين :
Solid lipid nanoparticles of beeswax and carnauba wax loaded with ketoprofen were prepared by microemulsion
method using a mixture of egg lecithin and tween 80 as emulsifier. Increasing drug content from 0.5 to 1.5
(%wdrug/vsystem) resulted in an increased particle size of nanocarriers from 82 to 116 nm with no effect on the entrapment
efficiency. The entrapment efficiency did not change after 45 days of sample storage. It was also found that drug release
in 0.05 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS) was slower than that in 0.1 M PBS.
