T type zeolite was synthesized as an effective molecular sieve for separation of CO2 from natural gas. The synthesized sample was characterized by XRD and SEM techniques in which formation of zeolite T was confirmed in comparison to the reference patterns. The manufactured material was tested in batch adsorption experiments at room temperature and various pressures to verify the ability of the product for separation of CO2 from CH4 in adsorption processes. The experimental isotherms of the two gases; CO2 and CH4 were determined in studied temperature. The selectivity of the produced zeolite T for CO2 was calculated five times above than that of CH4, in this study.
