تخمين فراسنجه هاي رشد جوجه هاي گوشتي تغذيه شده با پودر دانه گشنيز و آلفاتو كو فرول ‌استات با استفاده از مدل گومپرتز

Estimation of Growth Parameters of Broiler Chickens Fed with Coriander Seed Powder Coriandrum sativum L and alfa Tocopheryl Acetate Using Gompertz Model

تعداد 240 قطعه جوجه گوشتي يك روزه سويه كاب 500 در قالب طرح كاملاً تصادفي با چهار تيمار، سه تكرار و 20 جوجه در هر تكرار مورد آزمايش قرار گرفتند. اين آزمايش تا 42 روزگي ادامه داشت. رژيم غذايي مطابق با احتياجات توصيه شده در راهنماي سويه كاپ 500 تنظيم شد. جيره هاي آزمايشي شامل: جيره پايه بدون هيچ گونه افزودني (تيمار شاهد منفي)، شاهد منفي + 250 ميلي گرم بر كيلوگرم آلفا توكوفريل استات (تيمار شاهد مثبت)، شاهد منفي + 3/0 درصد پودر دانه گشنيز، شاهد منفي + 6/0 درصد پودردانه گشنيز بود. بر اساس نتايج به دست آمده بيشترين ميانگين وزن پيش بيني شده در هفته اول در گروه شاهد منفي بود. در هفته هاي دوم، سوم و چهارم بيشترين ميانگين وزني پيش بيني شده در پودر دانه گشنيز 6/0 درصد بود. اما از هفته هاي پنج و ششم اين روند تغيير كرد. بالاترين ميانگين وزن پيش بيني شده در اين هفته در گروه شاهد مثبت بود. وزن در تيمار شاهد منفي كمتر از تيمار شاهد مثبت و بالاتر از تيمارهاي 3/0% و 6/0 % پودر دانه گشنيز بود. با توجه به بهبود يا افزايش بيشتر صفات در تيمار 6/0 درصد پودر گشنيز و تيمار شاهد مثبت، استفاده از اين دو تيمار توصيه مي شود.

A total of 240 one-day-old broiler chicks of Cobb 500 strain were assigned to a completely randomized design with four treatments, three replicates and 20 chicks per replicate. The experiment lasted up to 42 days of age. The basal diet was adjusted based on according to the requirements recommended in the Cob 500 strain. the experimental diets included: corn- soybean meal based diet without any additives (negative control treatment), negative control + 250 mg / kg alpha-tocopheryl acetate (positive control treatment), negative control + 0.3% powder Coriander seed, negative control + 0.6% Coriander seed powder. Based on the obtained results, the highest average predicted weight in the first week was negative in the control group. In the second, third and fourth weeks, the highest predicted weight average in coriander seed powder was 0.6%. But this process changed from the fifth and sixth weeks. The highest average predicted weight in this week was in the positive control group. The weight in the negative control treatment was lower than the positive control treatment and higher than the 0.3% and 0.6% coriander seed powder treatments. Due to the improvement or increase of more traits by 0.6% Coriander powder and positive control treatment, application of these two treatments is recommended
