اثر سطوح كلسيم و فسفر بر عملكرد رشد جوجه گوشتي آرين

The effect of calcium and phosphorus levels on the growth performance of Arian broilers

اين مطالعه به منظور ارزيابي سطح مناسب كلسيم و فسفر بر عملكرد رشد جوجه هاي گوشتي آرين انجام شد. اين طرح با 420 قطعه جوجه آرين درقالب طرح كاملا تصادفي با چهار نسبت كلسيم و فسفر (توصيه شده آرين) شامل 88، 94، 100 و 102 درصد با 4 تيمار 7 تكرار و 15 قطعه جوجه گوشتي در هر تكرار انجام شد. وزن بدن و مصرف خوراك در طول دوره-ها اندازه گيري و براي محاسبه پارامترهاي عملكردي استفاده شدند. به‌منظور تجزيه آماري داده ها از نرم‌افزار SAS استفاده -شد، روش آماري تجزيه واريانس يك‌طرفه است (P≤0.05) به‌عنوان سطح معني‌دار در نظر گرفته شد و مقايسه ميانگين‌ها با استفاده از آزمون آماري توكي كرامر انجام شد. نتايج نشان داد ميانگين وزن، افزايش وزن بدن و ضريب تبديل غذايي تحت تاثير تيمارهاي آزمايشي در طول دوره پرورش قرار نگرفت (P 0/05). كاهش سطوح كلسيم و فسفر بر مصرف خوراك در دوره پاياني 2 (36-42 روزگي) و كل دوره (1-42 روزگي) اثر معني داري نشان داد (P 0/05). كاهش نسبت كلسيم و فسفر در تيمار 3 موجب كاهش مصرف خوراك نسبت به تيمار 1 گرديد. در كل نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داد كاهش سطوح كلسيم و فسفرتا 88% تاثير معني داري بر عملكرد جوجه گوشتي آرين ندارد.

This study was conducted in order to evaluate the appropriate level of calcium and phosphorus on the performance of Arian broiler chickens. This project was carried out with 420 Arian chickens in the form of a completely randomized design with four ratios of calcium and phosphorus (Arian s recommended) including 88, 94, 100 and 102% with 4 treatments, 7 repetitions and 15 broiler chickens in each replication. Body weight and feed intake were measured during the periods and used to calculate performance parameters. In order to analyze the data, SAS software was used, the statistical method is one-way analysis of variance, and (P≤0.05) was considered as a significant level, and comparison of means was done using Tukey-Kramer s statistical test. The results showed that the average weight, body weight gain and food conversion ratio were not affected by the experimental treatments during the rearing period (P 0.05). The reduction of calcium and phosphorus levels on feed intake in the final period 2 (36-42 days old) and the whole period (1-42 days old) showed a significant effect (P 0.05). The decrease in the ratio of calcium and phosphorus in treatment 3 caused a decrease in feed consumption compared to treatment 1. Overall, the results of this research showed that the reduction of calcium and phosphorus levels about 88% has no significant effect on the performance of Arian broilers.
