يكي از مهم ترين ويژگي ها در دين اسلام به عنوان برترين و آخرين دين الهي، ارزش دهي به زنان به عنوان يك عضو اساسي جامعه است. زن به واسطه جايگاه تربيتي اش، محور كليدي خانواده است و خانواده به عنوان مهم ترين عنصر نظام اجتماعي و نقطه بنيادين تحولات آن، نهاد فعال جامعه ساز تعبير مي شود؛ در تحقيق حاضر به موضوعات جايگاه اشتغال زنان در آيات و روايات ، جايگاه زنان در فعاليت هاي اقتصادي از ديدگاه امام خميني (رح )، انگيزه اشتغال زنان ، نقش زنان در تمدن اسلامي، حمايات زنان در شكل گيري تمدن نوين اسلامي پرداخته شده است. انقلاب اسلامي به عنوان نقطه عطف تاريخ تكامل اجتماعي بشر و آغاز تمدن اسلامي به شمار مي رود. ظرفيت سازي و زمينه سازي براي ايجاد تمدن اسلامي و نظام توحيدي چشم انداز پيش روي انقلاب اسلامي و با توجه ويژه به موضوع زنان و توسعه اقتصادي محقق مي شود. براين اساس هدف اصلي تحقيق بررسي چيستي و چگونگي نقش آفريني توسعه اقتصادي زنان در اين تمدن است؛ كه با روش توصيفي و مروري صورت گرفته است. جامعه تحقيق آثار حوزه اشتغال اقتصادي زنان را در شكل گيري تمدن نوين اسلامي بوده و از اين پژوهش به دست مي آيد همانگونه كه زنان در جنبه هاي مختلف اقتصادي، سياسي، فرهنگي، ديني، تمدن اسلامي نقش داشتند در شكل گيري تمدن نوين اسلامي هم نقش بارز دارند.

Accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to investigate what and how women s economic development plays a role in this civilization; Which has been done by descriptive and review method. The research community considers the effects of women s economic employment in the formation of a new Islamic civilization and from this research it is obtained that just as women played a role in various aspects of economic, political, cultural, religious, Islamic civilization, they also played a role in the formation of a new Islamic civilization.
