مكان يابي يكي از مهم ترين و ابتدائي ترين ارزيابي ها براي ساخت يك بنا مي باشد كه معماران و شهرسازان براي شناخت ويژگي هاي هر منطقه و سايت را مورد اناليز قرارمي دهند. كه بهترين مكان با توجه به نياز و معيارهاي مورد نظر براي ساخت يك بناي ويژه باشد.وآگاهي انسان نسبت به مسائل زيست محيطي خود باعث ايجاد معماري پايدار شده است.كه هدف اين نوع معماري حفظ محيط زيست و كمترين ضرر وارد به آن است.كه در اين راستا هدف اين پژوهش بررسي معيارهاي مكان يابي و طراحي يك مجتمع مسكوني با رويكرد معماري پايدار در شهرك بهداري اروميه مي باشد و دراين پژوهش از روش تحقيق تحليل-كيفي استفاده شده و گردآوري اطلاعات از طريق منابع كتابخانه اي صورت گرفته است.نتايج تحقيق حاكي از اين مي باشد از لحاظ مكان يابي سايت مجتمع مسكوني بيشترين دسترسي به مراكز آموزشي و كمترين دسترسي به مراكز تجاري و خدماتي دارند و از لحاظ طراحي با رويكرد معماري پايدار سايت شماره-2مناسب ترين سايت براي احداث مجتمع مسكوني مي باشد.

Locating is one of the most important and initial evaluations for the construction of a building, which architects and urban planners analyze to understand the characteristics of each area and site. which is the best place for the construction of a special building according to the needs and criteria. Human awareness of environmental issues has led to the creation of sustainable architecture. The purpose of this type of architecture is to preserve the environment and minimize damage to it. In this regard, the aim of this research is to investigate the criteria of locating and designing a residential complex with a sustainable architectural approach in Urmia Health City, and in this research, qualitative-analytical research method has been used and information has been collected through library sources. The results of the research indicate that in terms of the location of the residential complex site, they have the most access to educational centers and the least access to commercial and service centers, and in terms of design, with a sustainable architecture approach, site number-2 is the most suitable site for building a residential complex.
