چكيده فارسي :
در عصر حاضر كتابخانه سهم بسزايي در توسعه اجتماعي، سياسي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي جامعه داشته و نقش مهمي در حفظ و پيشرفت فرهنگ، آموزش رسمي و خود آموزي و غني كردن اوقات فراغت ايفا كرده است. كتابخانه مجموعه‌اي سازمان يافته از منابع است كه شامل خدمات انساني و طيف وسيعي از رسانه‌ها مي‌باشد. كتابخانه گردآورنده تلاش‌هاي فرهنگي، هنري، علمي و فني بشر و قلب نظام اطلاع رساني يك جامعه است. و با توجه به جايگاه محوري ارتباطات و اطلاعات رساني در تمدن كنوني كتابخانه نهادي است كه در عين حفظ ميراث ديروز نقشي فعال در شكل دادن به امروز و تغيير جامعه به سوي فرداي متعالي دارد و به اين اعتبار كمتر نهادي را مي‌توان يافت كه چنين پيوند اساسي با وضع حال و سرنوشت آينده نسبتاً دور يك ملت داشته باشد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي طراحي كتابخانه عمومي با رويكرد پايداري محيطي مي‌باشد. روش پژوهش از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي و مبتني بر مطالعه‌ي كتاب‌ها، منابع الكترونيكي و پايان نامه‌هاي به روز بوده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان داده كه طراحي پايدار، كتابخانه‌ها را به عنصري فعال و جدانشدني از جامعه معرفي كرده است. هم چنين به علت استفاده از انرژي‌هاي تجديدپذير، مصالح مناسب، توجه به اثرات زيست محيطي و صرفه‌جويي در مصرف انرژي و كاهش هزينه‌هاي نگهداري، درجاتي از استقلال مالي را براي كتابخانه به ارمغان مي‌آورد و به علت استفاده از فضاي سبز موجب آسايش و آرامش رواني مردم ميشود. بنابراين، اهميت طراحي اين بناي فرهنگي را به صورت پايدار به سازمان‌هاي دولتي و خصوصي كه قصد طراحي كتابخانه را دارند يادآور شده است. نتايج حاصل از پژوهش نشان داده كه طراحي كتابخانه‌ها به صورت پايدار در دوران تخريب محيط زيست باعث شده مردم متوجه اين امر شوند كه اين بنا سرمايه گذاري بر روي آينده جامعه است و كتابخانه به عنوان چهره‌اي فعال در جامعه شناخته ميشود، براي دستيابي به طراحي پايدار اين بناي فرهنگي مهم توسط سازمان‌هاي دولتي و خصوصي، بهره‌مندي از انرژي‌هاي تجديدپذير، استفاده از مصالح كارآمد و همساز با محيط، جهت‌يابي مناسب ساختمان به منظور بهره‌گيري از نور خورشيد و تهويه‌ي مناسب، طراحي خورشيدي غيرفعال و جايگزين كردن انرژي توسط صفحات خورشيدي بايد مورد توجه قرار گيرد و توجه به اثرات زيست محيطي و اقتصادي و عملكردي در راس امور باشد.

Nowadays, the library has made a significant contribution to the social, political, economic and c development of the society and has played an important role in preserving and promoting culture, formal education, self-education and enriching leisure time. The library is an organized collection of resources that includes human services and a wide range of media. The library gathers the cultural, artistic, scientific and technical efforts of human beings and is the heart of the information system of a society. And considering the central position of communication and information in the current civilization, the library is an institution that, while preserving the heritage of yesterday, has an active role in shaping today and changing society towards a transcendent tomorrow. in the present situation and with respect to the future destiny of a relatively distant nation. The purpose of this study is to investigate the design of a public library with an environmental sustainability approach. The research method was descriptive-analytical and based on the study of books, electronic resources and up-to-date dissertations. The results show that sustainable design has introduced libraries as an active and inseparable element of society. It also brings a degree of financial independence to the library due to the use of renewable energy, suitable materials, attention to environmental effects and saving energy consumption and reducing maintenance costs, and due to the use of green space, it brings peace of mind to the people Therefore, the importance of designing this cultural monument has been consistently reminded to public and private organizations that intend to design the library. The results of the research show that the design of libraries in a sustainable way in the era of environmental degradation has made people realize that this building is an investment in the future of society and the library is known as an active figure in society and to achieve sustainable design of this important cultural building by public and private organizations,the use of renewable energy, use of efficient and environmentally friendly materials, proper orientation of the building to benefit from sunlight and proper ventilation, inactive solar design and replacement of energy by solar panels must be considered and attention to environmental, economic and functional effects should be at the forefront.
