Evaluation of urban economy resilience in Naghadeh city county regard to sustainable development

اقتصاد و نظام مالي تاثير بسزايي در تمامي ابعاد زندگي بشر دارد. تبلور نوع و ميزان اقتصاد در ساختار و نظام شهرها به‌چشم مي‌خورد. ازاين‌رو ميزان و درجه تاب‌آوري و پايداري در اقتصاد شهري يكي از مسايل مهم شهرها است. لذا شناخت و استفاده كامل از پتانسيل‌ها و ظرفيت‌هاي موجود جهت افزايش اشتغال و درآمدزايي شهرها مي‌تواند تاثير بسزايي در كيفيت زندگي شهروندان ايفا كند. در همين راستا اين پژوهش جهت ارزيابي و امكان‌سنجي تاب‌آوري اقتصاد شهري، شهرستان نقده با رويكرد توسعه پايدار صورت گرفته است. جهت‌گيري تحقيق به صورت كاربردي و در قالب ارزيابي پتانسيل‌هاي موجود اقتصاد شهري مي‌باشد. رويكرد قياسي و از روش استقرايي همچنين باتوجه به نوع تحليل‌ها از هر دو روش كل‌به‌جز و جزبه‌كل استفاده مي‌شود. افق پژوهش چندمقطعي و طولي است. در تحليل از دو روش كيفي و كمي استفاده شده‌است. بنابراين تحقيق از نوع كاربري و توصيفي مي‌باشد. در ابتدا به‌منظور تعيين شاخص‌ها به‌بررسي تئوري‌هاي تاب‌آوري، توسعه پايدار و اقتصاد شهري پرداخته شده و سپس از روش ميانگين مجموع فواصل از حدبهينه به منظور ارزيابي وضعيت تاب‌آوري بخش اقتصادي محدوده بهره‌گرفته مي‌شود. بررسي 112 شاخص در شش بعد سياسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فناوري، زيست محيطي و قانوني و مديريتي نشان داد كه وضعيت تاب‌آوري اقتصادي شهرستان نقده در ابعاد اجتماعي و اقتصادي وضعيت نسبتا تاب‌آور، بعد قانوني و مديريتي وضعيت مستعد بحران و ابعاد زيست محيطي، فناوري و سياسي در وضعيت بحران آفرين قرار دارند و به‌صورت كلي تاب‌آوري اقتصادي شهرستان نقده با امتياز 567/0 در محدود‌ه‌ي وضعيت مستعد بحران است.

The economy and financial system have a great impact on all aspects of human life. The crystallization of the type and extent of economy can be seen in the structure and system of cities. Therefore, the level and degree of resilience and sustainability in urban economy is one of the important issues of cities. Therefore, knowing and fully using the existing potentials and capacities to increase employment and income generation of cities can have a significant impact on the quality of life of citizens. In this regard, this research has been carried out in order to evaluate and feasibility of the resilience of the urban economy of Naghadeh County with a sustainable development approach. The direction of the research is applied and in the form of evaluating the existing potentials of the urban economy. Deductive approach and inductive method are also used according to the type of analysis, both total and partial and total partial methods. The research horizon is multi-sectional and longitudinal. Both qualitative and quantitative methods have been used in the analysis. Therefore, the research is descriptive. At first, in order to determine the indicators, the theories of resilience, sustainable development and urban economy are examined, and then the method of the average sum of distances from the optimal limit is used to evaluate the resilience of the economic sector of the area. The examination of 112 indicators in six political, economic, social, technological, environmental, legal and managerial dimensions showed that the economic resilience of Naghadeh County in social and economic dimensions is relatively resilient, the legal and managerial dimensions are prone to crisis and the environmental, technological dimensions and political are in a state of crisis. And in general, the economic resilience of Naghadeh County with a score of 0.567 is in the range of crisis-prone situation
