One of the efficient ways of water treatment methods is coagulation and flocculation. The metallic ones are popular because of their efficiency and economical price; the studies show that polymeric coagulators are more efficient than simple coagulator materials such as AlCl3 in water treatment. The efficiency of polymeric coagulators is directly related to the chemical and physical characteristics of the source water. In this study, recent inorganic polymeric coagulation materials’ effects on water and membrane are studied. Also, water parameters such as turbidity, ultraviolet light absorption at 254 nm (UV254), Dissolved Organic Carbon (DOC), and pH are pointed to show the efficiency of inorganic polymers in different situations.
