بررسي عوامل موثر در بكارگيري فناوري بلاكچين در جهت بهبود عملكرد زنجيره تأمين صنعت خودروسازي

Investigating effective factors in the use of blockchain technology to improve the performance of the supply chain in the automotive industry

ساخت خودرو يك فرآيند جهاني است. از آنجايي كه تامين‌كنندگان قطعات و تجهيزات اصلي خودرو و خرده‌فروشي ها اغلب در چندين قاره پراكنده شده اند، يافتن راه‌حل‌هاي انعطاف‌پذير براي روابط زنجيره تامين بسيار مهم است. يك سيستم رديابي هوشمند در بخش صنعت سبب كاهش مدت زمان تحويل موجودي بهينه سفارش داده شده و بهبود خدمات دهي به همراه افزايش كيفيت و رضايت مشتريان مي گردد قابليت‌هاي بلاك چين قرار است فعاليت‌هاي زنجيره تامين سنتي را تغيير دهد. بلاك چين، يك فناوري نوآورانه با كاربردهاي بالقوه بسياري در معاملات زنجيره تامين مدرن است.در اين مطالعه چالش هاي پيش روي صنعت خودروسازي در حوزه هاي سازماني، فناوري، عملياتي و اجتماعي(محيطي) شناسايي و سپس به زير معيارهاي مرتبط تقسيم بندي گرديدند. در ادامه به كمك معماري مبتني بر فناوري بلاكچين و روش تحليل رابطه خاكستري (GRA) در جهت بهبود قابليت رديابي و شفافيت، اعتماد، دسترسي آزاد، امنيت اطلاعات، پيشگيري از كلاهبرداري و افزايش بهره وري در زنجيره تامين معيارها و زير معيارها رتبه بندي گرديدند.

Car manufacturing is a global process. As suppliers of major automotive parts and equipment and retailers are often scattered across multiple continents, finding flexible solutions for supply chain relationships is critical. An intelligent tracking system in the industry will reduce the delivery time of the optimal ordered inventory and improve service delivery along with increasing the quality and customer satisfaction. Blockchain capabilities are supposed to change traditional supply chain activities. Blockchain is an innovative technology with many potential applications in modern supply chain transactions. In this study, the challenges facing the automotive industry in organizational, technological, operational and social (environmental) fields were identified and then divided into relevant criteria. In the following, with the help of the architecture based on blockchain technology and the Gray Relationship Analysis (GRA) method, in order to improve traceability and transparency, trust, open access, information security, fraud prevention and increase productivity in the supply chain, standards and sub-standards were ranked.
