The Effect of Nutrition Education on the Control of type 2 Diabetes

مقدمه: ديابت يكي از شايع ترين بيماري ها به شمار ميرود كه باعث اختلالات زيادي در زندگي افراد ديابتيك ميشود. اين مطالعه مروري با هدف تاثير آموزش بر ديابت نوع 2 در سال 1401 انجام شده است. روش كار: مطالعات حاضر يك مرور و روايتي است كه با استفاده از جستجو و بررسي موارد موجود انجام شد.جستجوي مقالات مرتبط با موضوع در بانك هاي بين المللي google scholar, web of science, pub med, SCOPUS, وبانك هاي داخلي شامل SID, ELMNET در سالهاي 1997 تا 2017 به زبان انگليسي و فارسي و تمركز بر آموزش تغذيه بر ديابت به عنوان زمينه اصلي پرداخته شد. يافته ها: در بررس نتايج حاصل از متون تعداد 27 مقاله و دستورالعمل ها با هدف پزوهش حاضر همخواني داشته است. نتيجه گيري: نتيجه حاصل از مطالعات نشان داد كه اصلاح رژيم غذايي و آموزش تغذيه تاثير بسزايي در كنترل بيماري و كاهش هزينه هاي درمان بيماري داشته است.

Instroduction : Diabetes is one of common disease . this disease causes many disorders in the life of diabetics. The present review study was conducted with the aim of the effect of nutrition on type 2 diabetes in 2022. Material and methods: The present study is a review that was conducted using the search and review of existing cases. Searching for articles on the subject in international Databases , google scholar, PUB MED, Web of science and Iranian databases SLD, ELMNT, in the years 1997 to 2017 in Persian and English and focus on effect of nutrition on type 2 diabetes as the main field. Results: in reviewing the results of the tects,27 articles and instructions were in line with the present research objectives. Conclusion: the results of studies showed that diet modification and nutrition education have a great impact on disease control and reduce patient treatment costs.
