بررسي ويژگي ها و جايگاه يك معلم خوب از نگاه انديشمندان تعليم و تربيت

Investigating the characteristics and position of a good teacher from the point of view of education thinkers

معلمي جايگاهي است كه شأن و منزلت و نقش او در تربيت انسان ها بر كسي پوشيده نيست. مربي حقيقي انسان ها پروردگار جهانيان است وسپس به وسيله واسطان فيض او و هدايت گران زميني اش انبيا براي بشريت تبيين مي شود. معلمان بعد از انبيا وارثان رسالت تعليم و تربيت انسان ها هستند و مسئول پرورش روح انساني ادمي و سوق دادن عقل او به سوي كمال و در نهايت رضايت و خشنودي پروردگار مي باشند. از ديرباز تا كنون مردمان جوامع مختلف درباره جايگاه معلمين بر اين باور بوده اند كه معلم شخصيت گرانبهايي دارد و اين هنر معلمي است كه اين جايگاه و شخصيت را به وي ارزاني بخشيده است، به عقيده انها هر فردي شايستگي رسيدن به اين مرتبه را ندارد و ويژگيهاي يك معلم وي را از مردم عادي متمايز ميسازد. ابتدا در رابطه با فاكتورها و مهارتهايي كه يك معلم خوب از ابتدايي تا دانشگاه براي موفق شدن بايد داشته باشد را بررسي و در اين مقاله به انها ميپردازيم. انديشمندان و بزرگان بسياري همچون امام خميني (ره)، پيامبر اسلام (ص)، امام محمد غزالي و ... درباره جايگاه و ويژگيهاي يك معلم خوب نظرات بسياري ارائه كرده اند و هر يك از انها به ويژگيهايي اشاره كرده اند. بر اين اساس ويژگي هاي يك معلم خوب از نظر ايشان شامل اشتراكاتي از قبيل اينكه، معلمي شغل پرمسئوليتي است كه در صورت انجام صحيح، اين رسالت ميتواند تضمين كننده اينده اي روشن در جوامع باشد. همان طور كه حضرت امام خميني (ره)، بر اين باور بودند كه سعادت و شقاوت يك جامعه به دست معلمان ان است.

A teacher is a position whose dignity and role in educating people is not hidden from anyone. The true teacher of human beings is the Lord of the worlds, and then it is explained to mankind through His grace and His earthly guides, the prophets. After the prophets, teachers are the inheritors of the mission of educating people and are responsible for nurturing the human spirit and leading his intellect to perfection and ultimately the satisfaction of God. From a long time until now, the people of different societies have believed about the position of teachers that the teacher has a precious character and it is the art of the teacher that has given him this position and character. The characteristics of a teacher distinguish him from ordinary people. First, in relation to the factors and skills that a good teacher from primary to university should have to be successful, we will discuss them in this article. Many thinkers and elders such as Imam Khomeini, the Prophet of Islam (PBUH), Imam Muhammad Ghazali, ..., have presented many opinions about the position and characteristics of a good teacher, and each of them has pointed out certain characteristics. Based on this, the characteristics of a good teacher, according to him, include commonalities such as that teaching is a highly responsible job that, if done correctly, this mission can guarantee a bright future in societies. Just as Imam Khomeini believed that the prosperity and misfortune of a society is in the hands of its teachers.
