معرفي كشت هيدروپونيك به‌عنوان روشي نوين در توسعه كارآفريني كشاورزي

Introducing hydroponic cultivation as a new method in the development of agricultural entrepreneurship

تأمين مواد غذايي براي جمعيت رو به رشد كشور و لزوم رسيدن به خودكفايي در توليدات كشاورزي و امنيت غذايي ايجاب مي‌كند، ميزان توليدات بخش كشاورزي در كشور افزايش يابد. لازمه اين امر تغيير در سامانه‌ها و روش‌هاي كشاورزي سنتي از جمله كشت‌هاي خاكي و باز (كشت در مزرعه و باغ) و جايگزين نمودن روش‌هاي نوين و پربازده هم‌چون كشت‌هاي هيدروپونيك مي‌باشد. كشت هيدروپونيك با وجود نياز به تخصص كافي و سرمايه اوليه به‌نسبت بالا در مقايسه با كشت خاكي، مزاياي متعددي مانند عملكرد بالا، نياز به نيروي كار كم، عدم‌نياز به رعايت تناوب كشت، كنترل علف‌هاي هرز، يكنواختي رشد گياهان، اتلاف كمينه آب، عدم‌رقابت گياهان براي آب و عناصر غذايي، امكان اعمال تأمين مواد غذايي متناسب با نيازهاي گياهان، استفاده كم‌تر از مواد شيميايي و در نتيجه سالم‌تر بودن محصولات كشاورزي دارد. مزيت ديگر اين سامانه، قابليت اجرا و استفاده از آن در سطوح مختلف اعم از سطوح وسيع گلخانه‌اي به شكل تجاري و سطوح كوچك خانگي مي‌باشد. در محيط‌هاي خانگي با استفاده از فضاهاي بلااستفاده نظير پشت‌بام‌هاي منازل، درون ساختمان‌ها، پاركينگ‌ها و غيره نيز مي‌توان به‌راحتي محصولات مورد نياز را به‌صورت ارگانيك توليد نمود. با در نظر داشتن مزاياي متعدد سامانه‌هاي كشت هيدروپونيك، با استفاده از اين روش با بهره‌گيري از افراد متخصص و جوان كشور، ضمن كارآفريني و ايجاد اشتغال، با توليد محصولات ارزشمند به توسعه اقتصاد كشور نيز مي‌توان كمك نمود.

Lack of competition of plants for water and nutrients, it is possible to provide food according to the needs of plants, use less chemicals, and as a result, agricultural products are healthier. Another advantage of this system is its ability to be implemented and used at different levels, including large commercial greenhouse levels and small domestic levels. In domestic environments, by using unused spaces such as roofs of houses, inside buildings, parking lots, etc., the required products can be easily produced organically. Keeping in mind the many advantages of hydroponic cultivation systems, by using this method, it is possible to help the development of the country s economy by making use of the country s experts and young people, as well as entrepreneurship and creating employment, by producing valuable products.
