ارزيابي الگوهاي پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در سازمان‌هاي پروژه‌محور (مطالعه موردي شهرداري اصفهان)

امروزه دانش به‌عنوان مهم‌ترين سرمايه سازمان‌ها مطرح مي‌باشد و پياده‌سازي صحيح مديريت دانش يكي از اركان اصلي موفقيت درسازمان‌ها محسوب مي‌شود. به‌دليل نوظهور بودن اين مساله و متعدد بودن الگوهاي پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش، يافتن الگويي كارا براي پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در سازمان‌ها از اهميت خاصي برخوردار است. در همين راستا در اين مقاله به ارزيابي اين الگوها جهت پياده‌سازي سيستم مديريت دانش در پروژه‌هاي عمران شهري اصفهان پرداخته‌شده است. تحقيق حاضر از نظر هدف، تحقيقي توسعه‌اي–كاربردي و از نظر شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات، تحقيقي توصيفي-پيمايشي است كه با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و به روش ميداني انجام شده است. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق شامل مديران و دست‌اندركاران پروژه‌هاي عمران شهري اصفهان و صاحب‌نظر در زمينه مديريت دانش شامل 150 نفر بوده‌است كه با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه برابر 62 نفر انتخاب شده است. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها، پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته بوده‌است كه قابليت اعتبار آن‌ها با روش روايي محتوا و پايايي آن‌ها با استفاده از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ بررسي و تائيد شده است. سپس داده‌هاي به‌دست آمده از پرسشنامه توسط نرم‌افزار SPSS تحليل شده است. نتايج حاصل از تحليل داده‌ها نشان داده است كه الگوهاي علوي و ليدنر (36/16)، مك‌الروي (52/15) و چوي و لي (36/15) به‌ترتيب، مناسب‌ترين الگوها جهت پياده‌سازي مديريت دانش در پروژه‌هاي عمران شهري اصفهان مي‌باشد.

Nowdays, knowledge is considered as the most important asset of organization and implementation correct knowledge management is one of the main basic achievement in organization. Because of noveling of this issue and nummerousing of models for knowledge management Implementation, finding an efficient model for knowledge management implementation as special importance in organizations. At the same continuation, in this research we evaluate this models, in order to use it for knowledge management implementation system in the projects of Isfahan urban building. The present research in view of purpose, is an applied - expansion research and in view of collecting informations is a survay - descriptive research that is down by the instrument of questionnaire and the method of field work. The statistical society of research are managers those how involved in Isfahan urban building projects and authority in field of knowledge management consist of 150 person that by Cochran formula the sample space corresponding to 62 persons has selected. The instrument of analazing data, is verified questionnaire that their ability is studied and confirmed in the way of validity of content and their stability by using of Cronbach s alpha coefficiently. Then getting datas of questionnaire is analyzed by spss software. The result of analyzing data has shown that the models of Alavy Leidner, McElroy and Choi Lee are in order the most suitable models to perform knowledge management in urban building projects
