تاثير سازمانهاي نوآور در توسعه اكوسيستم صنايع خلاق ايران مطالعه موردي: زيست بوم خلاق استان گيلان

در كشور ما صنايع نوظهور خلاق مراحل اوليه رشد خود را طي مي‌نمايد. پي‌ريزي اين مهم با حمايت و ايجاد زيرساخت، توسط دبيرخانه زيست‌بوم صنايع خلاق معاونت علمي و فناوري رياست جمهوري آغاز شده است. در ادامه اين مسير، ايجاد ارتباط بين سنت، فرهنگ و مدرنيته در ايران‌‌، مي‌تواند به موازات دنيا موجب توسعه اين صنعت در زيست‌بوم فناوري و نوآوري ايران شود. لازم به ذكر است با توجه به فرهنگ غني ايراني، صنايع خلاق در اين حوزه به نوعي مي‌تواند مبلّغ كليدي در زمينه توسعه صنايع خلاق باشد. توجه به حوزه صادرات صنايع خلاق نيز، به عنوان ميراث ناملموسي كه داراي ارزش افزوده بسيار بالايي مي‌باشد مي‌تواند يكي از منابع درآمدي براي اين حوزه باشد. در اين راستا نقش پاركهاي علم و فناوري، خانه هاي خلاق و نوآوري و سازمان‌هاي تجاري- اقتصادي مناطق آزاد كشور بسيار پررنگ مي‌باشد. شاخصه ها و ظرفيت بالاي استان گيلان براي توسعه صنايع خلاق و فرهنگي با داشتن رشت، شهر خلاق خوراك شناسي ايران در يونسكو و شهر ملي رشتي دوزي، بندر انزلي شهر خلاق سينما، فومن شهر خلاق ادبيات، روستاي جهاني صنايع‌دستي چادرشب‌بافي ، روستاي ملي حصير ايران، روستاي ملي سفال، روستاي ملي چوب تراشي، روستاي ملي شال بافي، روستاي ملي گليم و جاذبه هاي گردشگري طبيعي و حضور توسعه دهندگان، برنامه نويسان و فعالان اين كسب و كارها نمونه‌اي از توسعه پايدار مبتني بر فناوري و خلاقيت در كشور مي تواند باشد. در اين تحقيق، به ارتباط بين ساختارهاي مراكز نوآوري صنايع خلاق در كشور و نقش و ارتباط اين مراكز با نوآوران اين حوزه با هدف توسعه كمي و كيفي اين صنعت پرداخته شده است.

In the continuation of this path, establishing a connection between tradition, culture and modernity in Iran, it is possible to develop this industry in the technology and innovation ecosystem of Iran in parallel with the world. It should be noted that considering Iran s rich culture, creative industries in this area can somehow be a key contributor to creative development. Paying attention to the export of creative industries, as an intangible heritage that has a very high added value, can be one of the sources of income for this field. In this regard, the role of science and technology parks, creative and innovation houses, and commercial-economic organizations in the country s free zones is very prominent. The characteristics and high capacity of Gilan province for the development of creative and cultural industries with Rasht, Iran s UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy and Rashti Dozi National City, Bandar Anzali, the creative city of cinema, Foman, the creative city of literature, the international handicraft village Chadershabbafi , the national village Iran s mats, National Pottery Village, National Wood Carving Village, National Shawl Weaving Village, National Carpet Village and natural tourism attractions and the presence of developers, programmers and activists of these businesses are an example of sustainable development based on technology and creativity in the country. can be In this research, the relationship between the structures of innovation centers of creative industries in the country and the role and relationship of these centers with the innovators of this field has been discussed with the aim of quantitative and qualitative development of this industry.
