Let Fpm be a finite field of cardinality pm and R3 = Fpm[u]/⟨u3⟩, where p is a prime, m is a positive integer and u3 = 0. Laaouine et al. (2021) [2] obtained the torsion code of cyclic codes of length ps over Fpm[u]/⟨u3⟩, but some of the results were wrong, which in this paper, we improve them.
