In this paper, a lifetime model is introduced and studied. We have named this model inverse exponential-Rayleigh distribution. First, we define the inverse exponential-generated family of distributions, and then introduce inverse exponential-Rayleigh distribution using inverse exponential-generated family and The Rayleigh distribution. We find the reliability, hazard function, quantile function, and order statistics for the inverse exponential- inverse Rayleigh distribution. The maximum likelihood, least squares, and weighted least squares estimators are obtained.
