In this study, the $(1,1)-$weak type boundedness of the generalized Littlewood-Paley operators $g_{psi,u}$ and $S_{gamma,psi,u}$ associated with Laplace-Bessel differential operator are investigated by some technique inspired of Nazarov-Treil and Volberg method.
