Let R be a commutative Noetherian ring, a be a nonzero ideal of R, and M be a finitely generated R-module. We first show that, if aM ̸= M and Min AssR(M/aM) ⊆ Min(a) Max(R), then Supp_R (H*(ht_Ma)_a (M) ̸⊆ Max(R), and so the R-module H*(ht_Ma)_a (M) is not Artinian. As a consequence, if Min(a)Max(R) ̸= ∅, then the R-module H*(hta)_a (R) is not Artinian, considering M := R. Later, we give some results on Artinianness of the R-module H*(dimR−1)_a (R), when R is a local ring.
