In this paper, we provide a useable framework based on Block-Pulse functions and Legendre wavelet for numerical solving a system of two-dimensional Volterra integral equations of the second kind. These types of systems are created in the modeling of physics. By constructing operational matrices based on reducing variables, a simpler algorithm is built.
