.In this article, for a given continuous-K-g-frame (abb. c-k-g-frame) for a Hilbert space H,we obtain some new c-K_1-g-frames for H, with respect to a suitable operator K_1on H .Then by a c-K-g-frame for Hilbert space H and some suitable bounded linear operator K_1 on a Hilbert space H_1, we construct some c-K_1-g-frames for H_2
