In this paper, we verified the conditions that the cyclic $mathfrak{A}$-module amenability of a Banach algebra $B$ follows from the cyclic $mathfrak{A}$-module amenability a Banach algebra $A$, if there exists a cyclic continous $mathfrak{A}$-module homeomorphism from $A$ into $B$.
