چكيده فارسي :
آينده از پيش تعيين شده يا ثابت نيست، بلكه تحت تأثير عوامل متعددي، شامل پيشرفتهاي تكنولوژيكي، تغييرات اجتماعي و محيطي، سيستمهاي سياسي و اقتصادي و ملاحظات اخالقي است. آينده نگران تصديق ميكنند كه آينده، توسط انتخابها و اقدامات انجام شده، در حال حاضر، شكل ميگيرد؛ در نتيجه، آنها تلاش ميكنند تا پتانسيلهاي مختلف و پيامدهاي آنها را بررسي كنند. آينده حكمراني، توسط روندها و فنآوريهاي نوظهور شكل خواهد گرفت كه ظرفيت تغيير و مديريت، جوامع ما را دارند. موضوع مورد بررسي در اين مطالعه به شرايط آينده حكمراني و تأثير فناوريهاي نوظهور بر اجراي حكمراني مربوط ميشود. اين پژوهش تاكيد قابل توجهي بر درك روندها و فنآوريهاي نوظهور كه سيستمهاي حكمراني را شكل ميدهند، خواهد داشت. با استفاده از روش تحليل روند، فناوريهايي مانند هوش مصنوعي، بالكچين، اينترنت اشيا و تجزيه و تحليل دادههاي بزرگ بررسي خواهد شد. علاوه براين، بر اهميت همكاري جهاني، مشاركت شهروندان و مديريت اخالق مبتني بر ارزش در حكمراني تأكيد خواهد شد. در انتها بر اين يافته تاكيد ميشود كه آينده حكمراني با روندها و فنآوريهاي نوظهور شكل خواهد گرفت كه پتانسيل تغيير شيوه مديريت جوامع ما را دارند. هوش مصنوعي، بلاكچين، اينترنت اشيا و تجزيه وتحليل داده هاي بزرگ، تنها چند نمونه از فنّاوريهايي هستند كه نقش مهمي در آينده حكمراني خواهند داشت، سياستگذاران و دولتها بايد در استفاده از اين فناوريها احتياط كنند و اطمينان حاصل كنند كه آنها به روشي اخالقي و شفاف محور به كار گرفته ميشوند و به نفع همه شهروندان باشد

Abstract The future is not predetermined or fixed, but influenced by several factors, including technological advances, social and environmental changes, political and economic systems, and ethical considerations. Futurists acknowledge that the future, by the choices and actions taken, is now formed; as a result, they strive to explore their different potentials and implications. The future of governance will be shaped by emerging trends and technologies that have the capacity to change and manage our communities. The subject of this study is related to the future governance conditions and the impact of emerging technologies on governance implementation. This research will put a significant emphasis on understanding emerging trends and technologies that shape governance systems. Using trend analysis, technologies such as AI, Blockchain, Internet and big data analysis will be examined. In addition, the importance of global cooperation, citizen participation and value-based ethics management in governance will be emphasized. Finally, it is emphasized that the future of governance will be shaped by emerging trends and technologies that have the potential to change the way our communities are managed. AI, blockchain, the Internet of things, and Big Data Analytics are just a few examples of technologies that will play an important role in the future of governance, and policymakers and governments should be careful about using these technologies and ensure that they are used in an ethical and transparent way and that they benefit all citizens.
