چكيده فارسي :
پديده شهر هوشمند به عنوان يك راهبرد نوآورانه در حوزه شهرنگاري، با بهره گيري از فناوري هاي پيشرفته و ارتباطات هوشمند، به شكلي كلان و مؤثر وارد صحنه شهرسازي شده است. اين شهرها از امكانات هوشمند جهت بهبود كيفيت زندگي شهروندان، بهينه سازي مصرف انرژي، و حفاظت از محيط زيست بهره مند ميشوند. از طرف ديگر، توسعه پايدار با هدف تضمين رشد اقتصادي، اجتماعي و محيط زيستي در طولاني مدت، نقش كلاني در جهت جلب هماهنگي بين نيازهاي نسل حاضر و آينده ايفا ميكند. از طرفي ديگر توسعه پايدار به عنوان يك زمينه حياتي در مفهوم جهاني، تلاش براي تحقق توازن ميان اقتصاد، جوامع، و محيط زيست را نمايان ميكند. در دنياي امروز، با توجه به چالش هاي پيچيده اقتصادي، اجتماعي، و محيطي، توسعه پايدار به عنوان يك الگوي جامع و داراي تأثير عميق در تصميم گيري هاي سياست گذاري به حساب مي آيد. در اين مقاله، به تحليل اجزاء اساسي توسعه پايدار ميپردازيم. از جمله اين اجزاء ميتوان به توسعه اقتصادي مستدام، اجتماعي عدالت محور، حفاظت از محيط زيست، و مشاركت شهروندان اشاره كرد. بررسي تأثيرات مثبت و منفي اين اجزاء و روابط پيچيده ميان آنها، محور اصلي تجزيه و تحليل اين تحقيق است. همچنين، چالش هاي بزرگي كه در راستاي توسعه پايدار پيش مي آيند، مورد بحث و بررسي قرار ميگيرند. مسائلي چون نابرابري اجتماعي، نگرشهاي فرهنگي، و تأثيرات تغييرات اقليمي از جمله موضوعاتي هستند كه نياز به توجه ويژه دارند. اين مقاله به تجزيه و تحليل ارتباطات و تداخلات ميان شهر هوشمند و توسعه پايدار مي پردازد. بررسي تأثيرات مثبت و منفي اين دو واقعيت شهري در راستاي تداخل و يكديگر تقويت كننده يا مخرب بودن اين ارتباط، موضوع اصلي اين تحقيق است. با توجه به چالش هايي كه ممكن است از اين تداخلات به وجود آيد، مقاله راهكارها و استراتژي هايي را مطرح ميكند كه به تعادل ميان اهداف شهر هوشمند و توسعه پايدار كمك نمايند. در پايان، مقاله به آينده نگري پرداخته و نياز به تحقيقات بيشتر در زمينه اين تداخلات را مطرح ميكند. ارائه راهكارهاي نوين و استفاده اثربخش از فناوري هاي هوشمند در مسير توسعه پايدار، اين تحقيق را به يك منبع مهم براي سياستگذاران، محققان و شهروندان علاقهمند به آينده شهرها تبديل ميكند

Abstract The phenomenon of smart city as an innovative strategy in the field of urban planning by using advanced technologies and smart communication has entered the urban scene in a big and effective way. These cities benefit from smart facilities to improve the quality of life of citizens, optimize energy consumption and protect the environment. On the other hand, sustainable development aims to ensure economic, social and environmental growth in the long term. It plays a major role in bringing harmony between the needs of generations. It plays the present and the future. On the other hand, sustainable development as a vital field in the global concept shows the effort to achieve a balance between the economy of societies and the environment. In today s world, due to the complex economic, social and environmental challenges, sustainable development is considered as a comprehensive model and has a deep impact on policy decisions. In this article, we will analyze the basic components of sustainable development. Among these components, we can mention sustainable economic development based on social justice, environmental protection and citizens participation. Examining the positive and negative effects of these components and the complex relationships between them is the main focus of the analysis of this research. Also, the major challenges that arise in the direction of sustainable development are discussed and investigated, issues such as inequality, social, cultural attitudes, and the effects of climate change, among other issues. are that need special attention. This article analyzes the connections and interactions between the smart city and sustainable development. Investigating the positive and negative effects of these two urban realities in the direction of interference and strengthening or damaging each other is the main topic of this research, considering the challenges that may arise from these interactions, the article proposes solutions and strategies that balance between Help the goals of smart city and sustainable development. At the end of the article, it deals with the future and suggests the need for more research in the field of these interactions, providing new solutions and effective use of smart technologies in the path of sustainable development, making this research an important source for policy makers, researchers and citizens interested in the future of cities.
