Comprehensive strategy of studies and research methods in law science With the approach of Islamizing humanities

مقوله اسلامي كردن علوم انساني كه از مهمترين نيازهاي جامعه و فرهنگ اسلامي ما بشمار مي رود، تاكنون از زواياي مختلفي مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. به نظر مي رسد بين زوايا و ابعاد مزبور، وحدت حقيقي و تغاير اعتباري وجود دارد زيرا مقوله مزبور امري واحد بوده كه از دريچه هاي مختلف بدان نگريسته مي شود. به همين دليل، به نظر نگارنده به جاي نگريستن از جهات مختلف به موضوع، بهتر است ذات ، حقيقت و نظام اين امرِ مهم مورد كاوش واقع شود. از اين منظر، اسلامي كردن علوم امر نظام مندي است كه از سيستمي جامع و هماهنگ برخوردار بوده و جزئي نگري آفت مهم آن محسوب مي شود. بدين ترتيب راهبرد جامع علوم انساني اسلامي از برآيندِ سه ضلعيِ زوج هاي محقّق- محيط، محقّق- منبع و محقّق- روش حاصل مي شود. به عبارتي بهتر براي رسيدن به هدف مزبور، بايد در يك نظام هماهنگ و جامع كه اجزاي آن به شدت با يكديگر مرتبطند، نخست مقدمات اسلامي كردن علوم را فراهم آوريم. اسلامي كردن انديشه محقق، محيط تحقيق ، منابع تحقيق و سرانجام اسلامي كردن روش تحقيق منجر به توليد علم اسلامي خواهد شد. مقاله حاضردر تلاش اثبات و شرح مقدمات پيش گفته است.

The category of Islamization of humanities, which is considered one of the most important needs of our society and Islamic culture, has been investigated from different angles. It seems that there is a real unity and difference of credit between the angles and dimensions mentioned because the category is a single thing that is looked at from different perspectives. For this reason, in the author s opinion, instead of looking at the subject from different angles, it is better to explore the essence, truth and order of this important matter. From this point of view, Islamization of sciences is a systematic matter that has a comprehensive and coordinated system. and partiality is considered its most important pest. In this way, the comprehensive strategy of Islamic humanities is obtained from the triangular outcome of researcher-environment, researcher-source and researcher-method couples. In a better word, in order to achieve the aforementioned goal, we must first prepare the foundations for the Islamization of sciences in a coordinated and comprehensive system whose components are strongly related to each other. Islamizing the researcher s thought, research environment, research resources and finally Islamicizing the research method will lead to the production of Islamic science. The present article tries to prove and explain the aforementioned premises.
