دوره نوجواني و جواني مهم ترين دوران زندگي انسان است و توجه به اهميت آين دوران در آينده فرد نقش مهم و اساسي دارد. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه تحليلي جامع از جنبه‌هاي مختلف مربوط به نيازها و استعدادهاي نوجوانان و جوانان است و روش اين تحقيق، توصيفي _تحليلي است و روش گـردآوري اطـلاعات، كـتابخانه اي-اسنادي و مقالات موجود در سايت هاي معتبر بوده و درصدد است به اين سوال پژوهش پاسخ دهد كه از چه راه هايي مي توان استعدادها و نيازهاي نوجوانان و جوانان را كشف و شناسايي كرد ؟ يافته هاي پژوهش نشان مي دهد كه نوجوانان و جوانان، والدين و مدرسه، هم چنين، جامعه و همسالان نقش زيادي در كشف و پرورش استعداد ها و نيازهاي نوجوانان و جوانان دارند و هريك از آنان مي توانند زمينه رشد و هدايت استعدادهاي آنها را فراهم نمايند.

The aim of the current research is to provide a comprehensive analysis of various aspects related to the needs and talents of teenagers and young people, and the research method of this research is descriptive-analytical, and the method of collecting information is library-documents and articles available in reliable sites and aims to The research question should be answered, what are the ways to discover and identify the talents and needs of teenagers and young people? The findings of the research show that teenagers and young people, parents and schools, as well as society and peers play a big role in discovering and nurturing the talents and needs of teenagers and young people, and each of them can provide a context for the growth and guidance of their talents.
