This paper investigates the stability analysis of network-based cascade control systems against networked delay. Based on the Finsler lemma and the Lyapanov function, the stability criteria are derived by designing a static output-feedback (SOF) controller with the help of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). A simulation example is given to show the performance of the proposed control structure
