ارزيابي توان اكولوژيكي توسعه شهري ايوان در آينده با استفاده از مدل تصميم گيري AHP

Evaluating the ecological potential of Ivan s urban development in the future using the AHP decision-making model

اهميت به كارگيري روش هاي عقلاني و نظام مند در مديريت و استفاده بهينه از منابع، به ويژه منابع طبيعي براي همگان روشن است. توسعه نامناسب مناطق مسكوني و صنايع، سبب تخريب اراضي كشاورزي و منابع طبيعي و گسترش به سمت پهنه هاي آسيب پذير، نظير حوزه هاي سيلابي و نيز شيب هاي نامناسب را به دنبال دارد كه در حقيقت باعث به هم خوردن تعادل و پايداري اكولوژيك درسرزمين مي شود. ضرورت ارزيابي توان اكولوژيك كاربري توسعة شهري به معناي عينيت بخشيدن به قابليت بالقوه سرزمين مورد انتظار است. هدف اين تحقيق ارزيابي توان اكولوژيك شهر ايوان براي توسعه شهري مي باشد. تحقيق حاضر با علم به اهميت موضوع و با هدف بررسي مناطق مستعد جهت توسعه شهري با استفاده از روش تحليل سلسله مراتبي براي شهر ايوان تدوين شده است. در اين تحقيق تناسب زمين براي توسعه كالبدي شهر ايوان بر پايه هفت معيار (ارتفاع و شيب زمين، فاصله از آب‌هاي‌سطحي، شبكه راه، نقاط روستايي و كاربري اراضي) ارزيابي شد. جهت وزن‏دهي معيارها و پارامترهاي مربوط، از مدل سلسله مراتبي AHP با استفاده از دانش كارشناسان متخصص و نرم افزار Export choice استفاده گرديد. نتايج حاكي از آن است كه از مجموعِ مساحتِ محدودۀ مطالعاتي شهر ايوان، 87 كيلومترمربع در پهنه خيلي خوب و 49 كيلومترمربع در پهنه خوب براي توسعه شهري است. و در نهايت 36 درصد از محدوده مورد مطالعه با توجه به شاخص‌هاي تعريف قابليت توسعه براي ايجاد عناصر شهري و ساير كاربري‌ها را ندارد و بدون شك براي حفظ اكوسيستم و محيط زيست، رعايت اين امر براي متوليان توسعه آتي شهرضروري به نظر مي‌رسد.

Abstract The importance of using rational and systematic methods in the management and optimal use of resources, especially natural resources, is clear to everyone. Improper development of residential and industrial areas leads to the destruction of agricultural lands and natural resources and expansion towards vulnerable areas, such as floodplains and inappropriate slopes, which in fact disturbs the ecological balance and stability of the land. . The necessity of evaluating the ecological potential of urban development means objectifying the potential capability of the expected land. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the ecological potential of Ivan city for urban development. The present research has been compiled with the knowledge of the importance of the subject and with the aim of investigating areas prone to urban development using the hierarchical analysis method for the city of Ivan. In this research, land suitability for the physical development of Ivan city was evaluated based on seven criteria (land height and slope, distance from surface water, road network, rural areas and land use). In order to weight the related criteria and parameters, AHP hierarchical model was used using the knowledge of experts and Export choice software. The results indicate that of the total area of the study area of Ivan city, 87 square kilometers are very good and 49 square kilometers are good for urban development. And finally, 36% of the studied area is not capable of development to create urban elements and other uses according to the definition indicators, and without a doubt, in order to preserve the ecosystem and the environment, it seems necessary for those responsible for the future development of the city to comply with this
