Qualitative System Dynamics of IT effects in Urban Management with a View to the Management of Future Cities

مديريت شهري با گسترش شهرنشيني و ابعاد كالبدي – فضايي پديده‌اي بشدت پيچيده و پويا شده است. اين پيچيدگي و پويايي مديريت شهري ناشي از پيچيدگي امر مديريت و پيچيدگي، پويايي و تنوع شهر است. لذا براي مديريت بهتر شهر نياز به استفاده از روش‌هاي نوين مديريت شهري است. يكي از بسترهاي مهم براي مديريت شهري به روش نوين، فناوري اطلاعات مي‌باشد. لذا نياز است با ديدگاهي پويا و جامع، پويايي‌هاي توسعه، اثرات و كاربردهاي فناوري اطلاعات در مديريت شهري بررسي شود. اين مقاله با بهره‌گيري از مطالعه كتابخانه‌اي و فراتركيب بدنبال پاسخگويي به سوالاتي درباره تعريف فناوري اطلاعات مبتني بر تعريف مديريت شهري، عناصر فناوري اطلاعات در مديريت شهري، مزاياي آن در مديريت شهري، روندهاي توسعه فناوري اطلاعات با تاكيد بر فرايند عملياتي آن بوده تا از اين طريق اثرات و كاربردهاي فناوري اطلاعات در مديريت شهري در جهت شناخت و مديريت شهرهاي آينده با استفاده از رويكرد پويايي‌شناسي كيفي سيستم تبيين كند.

Urban management has become a very complex and dynamic phenomenon with the expansion of urbanization and physical-spatial dimensions. This dynamic complexity of urban management is caused by the complexity of management and the complexity, dynamism and diversity of the city. Therefore, for better management of the city, it is necessary to use new methods of urban management. One of the important platforms and tools for urban management in a modern way is information technology (IT). Therefore, it is necessary to examine the dynamics of development, effects and applications of information technology in urban management with a dynamic perspective. For this purpose, in this article, using the qualitative method (library study) and meta-synthesis, seeking to answer questions about the definition of information technology based on the definition of urban management, the elements of information technology in urban management, its advantages and applications in urban management, the development trends of information technology emphasizing its operational process in order to explain the dynamics of development, the effects and applications of information technology in urban management in order to know and manage future cities by using the approach of qualitative system dynamics and drawing cause and effect diagrams.
