Polyethylene, in fact, has the highest production volume among polyolefins. Lightweight linear polyethylene resins, a category of polyethylenes, are considered as one of the main products in the world with a high annual production rate. One of the methods of synthesis of linear low-density polyethylene is the use of pre-polymerization method. In this research, propylene, 1-butene and ethylene were used as prepolymers at 35 ° C. Also, various tests were performed to analyze the obtained polymers by pre-polymerization method. The results obtained in the melt flow index test showed that ethylene monomer had the lowest value. As a result, it had the highest molecular weight. The catalyst activity was increased as the propylene content in the sample increased.
