In the present study we successfully produced a blackish green electrically conductive paint in a one-step process by using an emulsion polymerization of aniline. The changing factors were the ratios of oxidant/monomer and surfactant/aniline for both: 0.4, 1, and, 1.5, and also the temperature of the reactions 0,-5, and, -10 degrees of centigrade. Ammonium peroxy di sulfate and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid DBSA were selected as oxidant and dopant respectively. We had 27 different samples and the viscosity and surface tension of each sample were measured separately. In order to evaluate the conductivity of each sample we sprayed them on polyester fabric samples. Due to using DBSA as dopant we also predict that the size of the particles must be in nanometer space. In the condition in which DBSA/aniline was 1.5, oxidant/aniline was 1 and the temperature was -5., the best resistivity 68 ohm occurred in this condition which makes us regard this condition as optimum condition; the surface tension and the viscosity of the optimum paint solution is 4.45 N/M and 61 CP respectively .
