بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر بيكاري دانش آموختگان دانشگاهي استان كرمانشاه

Investigating factors affecting the unemployment of university graduates in Kermanshah province

نيروي انساني از غني ترين سرمايه هاي هر كشور در رسيدن به رشد و توسـعه صـنعتي بـه شـمار مـي رود. تجربه كشورهاي پيشرفته و صنعتي، گوياي اين نكته اصلي و اساسي است كـه ايـن كشـورها در نخسـتين گام هاي توسـعه خـود، نگـاهي ويـژه همـراه بـا برنامـه ريـزي هـاي دقيـق در رابطـه بـا فـارغ التحصـيلان و دانش آموختگان خود داشته اند و ضمن توسعه همه جانبه صنعتي و علمي، توانسته اند با برنامـه هـاي دقيـق خود، معضلات و مشكلاتي نظير بيكاري را حل نمايند. اما در كشور ما، برخي عوامل كـه ريشـه اجتمـاعي، اقتصادي و مديريتي دارد، منجر به بروز پديده بيكاري در دانش آموختگان دانشـگاهي شـده اسـت و منـابع عظيم نيروي انساني را كه بايد محور اصل توسعه پايدار باشند، ناديده گرفته است. هـدف از ايـن پـژوهش، تعيين عوامل موثر بر بيكاري دانش آموختگان از ابعاد آموزشي، فرهنگي - اجتماعي و مـديريتي مـي باشـد. جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر، شامل كليه دانش آموختگان دانشـگاه كرمانشـاه، در طـي سال هاي 1398 الي 1400 مي باشد. با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري خوشه ها، تعداد 150 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده، سپس براي جمع آوري اطلاعات موردنياز، از افراد گروه نمونـه خواسـته شـد، بـه پرسشـنامه محقق ساخته پاسخ دهند. نتايج حاصل از اجراي اين پژوهش، مؤيد تاييد هر سه فرضيه مي باشـد و نتـايج گوياي اين واقعيت است كه عوامل آموزشي، مديريتي، فرهنگي و اجتمـاعي در بيكـاري دانش آموختگان، نقش مهم و بسزايي دارد. در بين عوامل ذكر شده، عوامل فرهنگي و اجتماعي، بيشترين تأثير را بـر ميـزان بيكاري دانش آموختگان داشته است.

Human power is one of the richest capitals of any country in achieving industrial growth and development.The experience of advanced and industrialized countries shows the main and fundamental point that these countries, in the first steps of their development, have had a special look along with precise plans in relation to the education of their students and scholars, and in addition to all-round industrial and scientific development. have been able to solve problems such as unemployment with their accurate programs. But in our country, some factors that have social, economic and managerial roots have led to the phenomenon of unemployment among university graduates and have ignored the great human resources that should be the focus of the principle of sustainable development. The aim of this research is to determine the factors affecting the unemployment of graduates from educational, cultural-social and managerial aspects. The statistical population of the present study includes all the graduates of Kermanshah University during the years 2019 to 2021. Using the cluster sampling method, 150 people were selected as a sample, then to collect the required information, the people of the sample group were asked to answer the researcher s questionnaire. The results of this research confirm all three hypotheses and the results indicate the fact that educational, managerial, cultural and social factors play an important role in the unemployment of graduates. Among the mentioned factors, cultural and social factors have had the greatest impact on the unemployment rate of graduates.
