Industry and university interaction: barriers and solutions

تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه يكي از شاخص‌ترين عوامل براي رسيدن به توسعه پايدار محسوب مي‌شود، به گونه‌اي كه توسعه جوامع مختلف به ميزان زيادي به تعامل اين دو ركن اصلي وابسته شده‌است.تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه از مهم‌ترين عوامل كمك به رشد و شكوفايي اقتصاد دانش‌بنيان محسوب مي‌شود، اما متاسفانه در كشور ايران، به‌ويژه استان كرمانشاه عليرغم وجود صنايع بزرگ و دانشگاه‌هاي در حال توسعه در زمينه كارآفريني دانشگاهي اين امر مهم ناديده گرفته شده‌است.استان كرمانشاه از ظرفيت‌هاي بالايي نظير دسترسي به بازارعراق، قرارگرفتن درمسير شريان‌هاي اصلي كشور، مشكلات كمترتامين آب و زيرساخت‌هاي مناسب در شهرك‌هاي صنعتي برخورداراست؛ كه راه را براي توسعه صنعتي اين استان باز كرده است اما همچنان نامي از استان كرمانشاه در ميان استان‌هاي صنعتي كشور به چشم نمي‌خورد؛ علاوه بر آن داراي پتانسيل‌هاي بسياري از جمله دانشجويان مستعد و اعضا هيأت‌علمي توانمندي در دانشگاه‌ها مي‌باشد كه همكاري اين دو ركن مي‌تواند منجر به رشد و توسعه بيشتر استان گردد. با اين وجود هنوز راه‌هاي تعامل و موانع آن و همچنين راهكار براي بهبود آن در استان كرمانشاه نامشخص است. پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گيري از مطالعه اسنادي و تحليل محتواي اسناد در دسترس تلاش مي‌كند خلا پژوهشي در اين حوزه( با تاكيد بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه) را پر كند. يافته‌هاي پژوهش به مسئولان مربوطه در حوزه دانشگاه و صنعت در راستاي همكاري بيشتر براي توسعه صنعتي استان ياري مي‌رساند.

The relationship between industry and university is considered one of the most important factors to achieve sustainable development, in such a way that the development of different societies is highly dependent on the relationship between these two main pillars. Unfortunately, in the country of iran, especially in kermanshah provice, despite the existence of large industiers in field of academic entrepreneurship, this important issue has been neglected. Kermanshah provice has high capacities such as access to the Iraqi market, being on the path of the main arteries of the country, not having the chalenge of water supply and infrastructure.It is suitable in industrial towns: which has opened the way for the industrial development of this province, but still the name of Kermanshah province is not seen among the industrial provinces of the country:In addintion, it has many potentials, including talented students and capable facuity members in universities, and the cooperation of these two elements can lead to further growth and development of the province. However, the way of communication and it is obstacles, as well as the solution to improve it in kermanshah province, are still unclear. The present research tries ti fill the research gap in this field( with imphasis on the relationship between industry and university) by using document study and content analysis of available documents. The findings of the research help the relevant officials in the field of university and industry in order to cooperate more for the industrial development of the province
