امروزه تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه و نقش تعامل آنان در بهبود فضاي كسب وكار در تمام كشورهاي جهان، يك مسئله پيچيده و حياتي است؛ به طوريكه طي سال هاي اخير، به دفعات توسط پژوهشگران و صاحب نظران مورد بررسي قرار گرفته و ابعاد آن از زواياي مختلفي تجزيه و تحليل شده است. از جمله مسائل مهم كشورها به خصوص كشورهاي توسعه نيافته و در حال توسعه، ضعف تعامل مؤثر بين تحقيقات و آموزش هاي دانشگاه ها با بخش هاي صنعتي و نقش آن در بهبود فضاي كسب وكار است. در اين راستا مطالعه حاضر ضمن بررسي نحوه تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه و تأثير آن بر بهبود فضاي كسب وكار و راهكارهايي اجرايي براي برطرف كردن موانع تعامل بين صنعت و دانشگاه پرداخته شده تا در نهايت سياست گذاران و برنامه ريزان اين حوزه در جهت رسيدن به فضاي مناسب كسب وكار، بتوانند الگويي مناسب براي تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه، ارائه نمايند، لذا اين پژوهش راهكارهاي عملياتي مناسبي را براي سياست گذاران و برنامه ريزان حوزه مطالعاتي حاضر به همراه دارد.

Today, the interaction between industry and university and the role of their interaction in improving the business environment in all countries of the world is a complex and vital issue; So that in recent years, it has been repeatedly examined by researchers and experts and its dimensions have been analyzed from different angles. Among the important issues of countries, especially underdeveloped and developing countries, is the weakness of effective interaction between university research and education with industrial sectors and its role in improving the business environment. In this regard, the present study examines the way of interaction between industry and university and its effect on improving the business environment and implementation solutions to remove the barriers of interaction between industry and university, so that finally the policy makers and planners of this field can reach a suitable environment for business. provide a suitable model for the interaction of industry and university, therefore this research brings suitable operational solutions for policy makers and planners of the current study area.
