چكيده فارسي :
در اقتصاد دانش‌بنيان نقش دانش در مقايسه با منابع طبيعي، سرمايه فيزيكي و نيروي كار اهميت بيشتري دارد. در واقع در اين اقتصاد، دانش نقش اصلي را در خلق ثروت را ايفا مي‌كند. نظام‌هاي مربوط به توليد كالا و خدمات با نظام‌هاي توليد دانش و فناوري يكپارچه شده است و در درون نظام‌هاي نوآوري و در تعامل تنگاتنگ و ارگانيك با يكديگر همزيستي و همكاري مي‌كنند. نظام نوآوري تركيب منسجمي از دانشگاه‌ها، مراكز پژوهشي، واحدهاي تحقيق و توسعه، شركت‌هاي دانش‌بنيان، سرمايه‌هاي خطرپذير، امكانات و زيرساخت‌هاي فيزيكي و نهادي و سرمايه‌هاي انساني است كه با يك مديريت متمركز و ساختار حقوقي و مقررات خاص و با اتصال به يك بازار مصرف، كالا و خدمات دانش‌محور توليد مي‌كند. بنابراين ارتباط و تعامل اثربخش ميان دانشگاه و صنعت با توجه به ماهيت خود مي تواند تاثير بسزايي در ارتقا پيامدهاي مربوط به اقتصاد دانش بنيان داشته باشد. در پژوهش حاضر ضمن اشاره به مهم ترين پيامدهاي اقتصاد دانش بنيان، نحوه تاثير گذاري تعامل اثربخش ميان صنعت و دانشگاه بر هريك از اين پيامدها نيز مورد بررسي و بحث قرار گرفته است و در نهايت به منظور افزايش سطح تاثير اين مهم بر توسعه پيامدهاي مربوط به اقتصاد دانش بنيان، پيشنهادهايي ارائه گرديده است.

In the knowledge-based economy, the role of knowledge is more important compared to natural resources, physical capital and labor. In fact, in this economy, knowledge plays the main role in wealth creation. The systems related to the production of goods and services are integrated with the systems of knowledge and technology production, and they coexist and cooperate with each other within innovation systems and in close and organic interaction. The innovation system is a coherent combination of universities, research centers, research and development units, knowledge-based companies, venture capital, physical and institutional facilities and infrastructure, and human capital, which with a centralized management and legal structure and specific regulations and by connecting to a consumer market, Produces knowledge-based goods and services. Therefore, the effective communication and interaction between the university and the industry, considering its nature, can have a significant impact in improving the consequences related to the knowledge-based economy. In this research, while pointing out the most important consequences of knowledge-based economy, the way of effective interaction between industry and university has been investigated and discussed on each of these consequences, and finally in order to increase the level of this important impact on the development of consequences related to Knowledge-based economy, suggestions have been presented.
