بررسي رابطه آموزش هاي علمي با بكارگيري هوش مصنوعي در كسب و كارهاي كوچك با تأكيد بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه (مورد مطالعه: شهر كرمانشاه)

Study the relationship between scientific educations and the use of artificial intelligence in small businesses with emphasizing the interaction between industry and university (studied Kermanshah)

يادگيري و كارآموزي براي افراد و سازمانها از پنج اصطلاح كارآموزي، آموزش، توسعه، يادگيري و توسعه منابع انساني تشكيل مي‌شود. آموزش تجربه‌اي است مبتني بر يادگيري و به‌منظور ايجاد تغييرات نسبتاً پايدار در فرد تا او را قادر به انجام كار و بهبود بخشي توانايي‌ها، تغيير مهارت‌ها، دانش، نگرش و رفتار اجتماعي كند. امروزه هوش مصنوعي يكي از اميدواركننده‌ترين فناوري‌هاي جديد در جهان است و مستلزم برنامه‌ها، الگوريتم‌ها، سيستم‌ها و ماشين‌هايي است كه رفتار هوشمند انسان را تقليد مي‌كنند. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسايي ارتباط آموزشهاي علمي با بكارگيري هوش مصنوعي دركسب و كارهاي كوچك با تأكيد بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه در شهر كرمانشاه است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف در حيطه پژوهشهاي كاربردي و براساس گردآوري دادهها با رويكرد توصيفي و از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه و نمونه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كاركنان و مديران(سرپرستان و مديران مياني)كسب و كارهاي كوچك شهر كرمانشاه مي‌باشند كه 384 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گيري تصادفي و با استناد به فرمول كوكران به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها دراين پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مي‌باشد. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 22 انجام شد. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه آموزشهاي دانشگاهي، آموزش‌هاي توجيهي و آموزش‌هاي فردي به عنوان مؤلفه‌هاي آموزش‌هاي علمي با بكارگيري هوش مصنوعي دركسب و كارهاي كوچك با تأكيد بر تعامل صنعت و دانشگاه در شهر كرمانشاه رابطه‌ معنادار و مثبتي دارند.

Learning and training for individuals and organizations consists of five terms: the internship, education, development, learning and human resource development. Education is an experience based on learning and in order to create relatively stable changes in a person, to enable him to do work and improve his abilities, change skills, knowledge, attitude and social behavior. Today, artificial intelligence is one of the most promising new technologies in the world and involves programs, algorithms, systems and machines that mimic intelligent human behavior. The purpose of the current research is to identify the relationship between scientific educations and the use of artificial intelligence in small businesses with emphasizing the interaction between industry and university in Kermanshah. The current research is in the field of applied research and based on data collection with a descriptive and survey approach. The population and statistical sample of this research include employees and managers (supervisors and middle managers) of small businesses in Kermanshah, of which 384 people were selected as a sample using random sampling method and referring to Cochran s formula. The tool of data collection in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. Data analysis was done with SPSS software version 22. The findings of this research show that academic training, explanatory training and individual training as components of scientific training have a meaningful and positive relationship with the use of artificial intelligence in small businesses in Kermanshah. The findings of this research show that academic trainings, explanatory trainings and individual trainings as components of scientific trainings have a meaningful and positive relationship with the use of artificial intelligence in business and small jobs with emphasizing the interaction between industry and university in Kermanshah.
