واكاوي چالش‌هاي همكاري دانشگاه و صنعت از ديدگاه دانشجويان دكتري دانشگاه رازي

Analysis the challenges of cooperation between university and industry from the point of view of PhD students of Razi University

دانشگاه و صنعت از بازيگران اصلي در اقتصاد جوامع قلمداد مي‌شوند و تعامل و همكاري پايدار بين اين دو به عنوان يكي از مؤثرترين سياست‌ها براي به دست آوردن مزيت رقابتي، رشد و توسعه اقتصادي است، اما همكاري ميان صنعت و دانشگاه ها در ايران با چالش‌هاي جدي مواجه است، در اين مقاله از روش تحليل محتواي كيفي براي واكاوي چالش‌هاي همكاري دانشگاه و صنعت از ديدگاه دانشجويان دوره دكتري دانشگاه رازي استفاده شده است. نتايج بيانگر اين است كه چالش‌هاي همكاري دانشگاه با صنعت به طور كلي شامل: عوامل فردي، مسائل سازماني، موانع زير ساختي- اقتصادي و مسائل بخش صنعت است و در انتهاي مقاله پيشنهاداتي جهت حل اين چالش‌ها ارائه شده است.

University and industry are considered to be the main players in the economy of societies, and sustainable interaction and cooperation between the two is one of the most effective policies to gain competitive advantage, economic growth and development, but the cooperation between industry and universities in Iran faces serious challenges. In this article, the method of qualitative content analysis is used to examine the challenges of university-industry cooperation from the point of view of Razi University PhD students. The results indicate that the challenges of cooperation between the university and the industry in general include: individual factors, organizational issues, infrastructural-economic barriers and industry sector issues, and at the end of the article, suggestions are provided to solve these challenges
