Industry and university interaction; A strategy for the development of knowledge-based economy

اصطلاح اقتصاد دانش بنيان از شناخت كامل تر نقش دانش و فناوري در رشد اقتصادي به وجود مي آيد و مي تواند به عنوان محصول وخدمات مبتني برفعاليت هاي دانش متمركز تعريف شود. به طور كلي از اين اصطلاح براي تعريف يك سيستم اقتصادي استفاده شده است كه در آن دانش به وسيله شركت ها، موسسات، افراد و جامعه به وجود مي آيد، منتشر مي شود و استفاده مي شود تا به توسعه ي اقتصادي و اجتماعي پيشرفته با اعتماد بيشتر بر توانايي هاي ذهني نسبت به ورودي فيزيكي يا منابع طبيعي دست يابد. همكاري و ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه يا به عبارت ديگر ارتباط پژوهشگران دانشگاهي با دانشمندان حوزه صنعتي تجاري سابقه اي تاريخي دارد. در نتيجه توسعه فناوري و توجه به تجاري سازي يافته ها و دستاوردهاي تحقيقاتي و رفع نيازهاي جامعه و صنعت بومي، يكي از رويكردهاي اصلي ايشان در توسعه اقتصادي است.اين دانشگاه ها، كارافريني دانش بنيان را به عنوان يكي از ماموريت هاي اصلي خود قرار داده و در اين راستا برنامه ريزي و تلاش مي كنند. پژوهش حاضر مبتني بر روش توصيفي مي باشد و در جهت تدوين مباني و داده هاي نظري از مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي كه مبتني بر مرور منابع معتبر و مقالات مرتبط است استفاده شده است.

The term knowledge-based economy comes from a more complete understanding of the role of knowledge and technology in economic growth and can be defined as products and services based on concentrated knowledge activities. In general, this term has been used to define an economic system in which knowledge is created by companies, institutions, individuals and society, disseminated and used to advance economic and social development. achieved by relying more on mental abilities than physical input or natural resources. The cooperation and relationship between industry and university, or in other words, the relationship between university researchers and scientists in the industrial and commercial field, has a historical record. As a result of the development of technology and attention to the commercialization of research findings and achievements and meeting the needs of society and local industry, one of their main approaches in economic development is one of these universities knowledge-based entrepreneurship as one of their main missions. They put themselves and plan and try in this direction. The current research is based on the descriptive method, and library studies and documents based on the review of reliable sources and related articles have been used in order to compile theoretical foundations and data
