ضرورت تعامل صنعت با دانشگاه در راستاي توسعه پايدار

Necessity of industry-university interaction for sustainable development

دانشگاه ها به عنوان مراكز تربيت نيروهاي متخصص، يكي از مهم ترين نهادها در جهت رشد و توسعه ي همه جانبه ي هر كشوري به شمار مي روند. امروزه انسان در بكارگيري فناوري نقشي محوري ايفا مي كند و نياز به دانش و مهارت لازم براي كار در عرصه ي صنعت دارد. جهاني شدن، مسايل اجتماعي-اقتصادي، پيشرفت فناوري و نياز به عامل انساني ماهر، دانشگاه ها را با چالش هاي متعددي از جمله تطبيق با تقاضاهاي بيروني و نياز به ارائه پاسخ هاي مناسب روبرو ساخته و ضرورت ارتباط ميان صنعت و دانشگاه را پررنگتر از گذشته كرده است كه اين تعامل به ارتقاي توسعه پايدار در تمامي ابعاد آن كمك مي كند زيرا تعامل جامعه علمي و جامعه صنعتي، توسعه علمي بهتر در مراكز آموزش عالي و نيز توسعه فناوري را در صنايع به طور همزمان باعث خواهد شد. مقاله حاضر كه به شيوه ي مروري و با كمك منابع كتابخانه اي و اينترنتي تهيه شده تلاش دارد به توضيح ضرورت و ارائه راهكارهايي در جهت ايجاد رابطه ميان صنعت و دانشگاه پرداخته، توسعه پايدار و ابعاد آن را بررسي نمايد و به نقش دانشگاه در تحقق اهداف توسعه پايدار بپردازد.

Economy along with the production and exploitation of knowledge or knowledge-based economy play a major role in wealth creation. On the other hand, educational institutions and universities, as the highest centers of thought and science production, which are among the most important institutions for the comprehensive growth and development of any country, can help in various economic sectors. Today, technology is a powerful tool for national development, through university education, people are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to work in the field of industry and use this technology. The industry needs technology based on modern science and the university also needs to test its scientific findings in the industry sector, so the need for communication between the industry and the university has become stronger than in the past and establishing this communication helps to promote sustainable development in all its dimensions. The interaction of the scientific community and the industrial community in developed countries has greatly contributed to the development process, but it has not been very targeted in developing countries. This article, which was prepared in a review way and with the help of library and internet resources, tries to examine the importance of the interaction between two institutions, the concept of sustainable development and its dimensions, explain the role of the university in achieving the goals of sustainable development, and find ways to increase the relationship between industry and university.
