ارائه الگوي مطلوب آموزش هاي مهارتي : گامي اثربخش در ارتباط آموزش و صنعت

Providing the ideal model of skill training: an effective step in the relationship between education and industry

به منظور دستيابي به اهداف توسعه در دنياي به شدت رقابتي امروز، نهادهاي آموزشي بايد بتوانند پاسخگوي نياز صنايع و بازار كار باشند در غير اين صورت اهداف توسعه محقق نخواهد شد و آموزش بخش عظيمي از كاركرد خود را از دست خواهد داد؛ بنابراين پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوي مطلوب آموزش هاي مهارتي به شيوه آموزش تركيبي با روش آميخته انجام گرفت. در بخش كيفي جامعۀ آماري شامل كليه كارشناسان آموزش فني-حرفه اي و كار و دانش و متخصصان حوزه آموزش از دور بودند، كه 30 نفر از متخصصين مذكور به روش نمونه‌گيري گلوله برفي تا اشباع نظري بصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات در بخش كيفي نيز مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته بود كه روايي و پايايي (82/0) آن مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. در بخش كمي جامعه آماري شامل كليه هنرآموزان هنرستان هاي آموزش فني حرفه اي و مدارس كار و دانش اداره كل آموزش و پرورش استان تهران كه مجموع آنها 5000 نفر مي باشد و با استفاده از فرمول كوكران حجم نمونه 356 به دست آمد اما در نهايت 651 نفر به پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند، ابزار پژوهش نيز پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود كه روايي و پايايي (92/0) آن نيز مورد تاييد قرار گرفت. همچنين به منظور اعتباريابي الگوي مطلوب آموزش مهارتي به شيوه آموزش تركيبي پرسشنامه اي تدوين شد و پس از تعيين روايي و پايايي، از نظر 25 نفر از متخصصان آموزش از دور جهت اعتباريابي استفاده شد. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل داده ها از روش هاي آمار توصيفي شامل ميانگين، انحراف معيار و ... و روش هاي آمار استنباطي شامل تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و مدل معادلات ساختاري و همچنين جهت اعتباريابي پرسشنامه از t تك نمونه اي استفاده شد. در نهايت مولفه هاي الگوي مطلوب آموزش هاي مهارتي به شيوه آموزش تركيبي به دست آمد و الگوي پژوهش نيز ارائه شد، نتايج همچنين نشان داد كه الگوي مذكور از اعتبار دروني لازم برخوردار است و پياده سازي آن مي تواند كيفيت آموزش هاي مهارتي در هنرستان ها را بهبود بخشد.

In order to achieve development goals in today s highly competitive world, educational institutions must be able to respond to the needs of industries and the labor market, otherwise the development goals will not be achieved and education will lose a huge part of its function. This study was carried out with the aim of providing the desired model of skill training in the method of combined training with the mixed method. In the qualitative part, the statistical community included all technical-professional education and work and knowledge experts and experts in the field of distance education, and 30 of the aforementioned experts were purposefully selected by snowball sampling until theoretical saturation. The data collection tool in the qualitative section was a semi-structured interview whose validity and reliability (0.82) were confirmed. In the quantitative part of the statistical population, including all the students of technical and vocational training colleges and work and knowledge schools of the General Department of Education of Tehran province, which total 5000 people, and using the Cochran formula, the sample size was 356, but finally 651 people. They answered the questionnaire, the research tool was a questionnaire made by the researcher, whose validity and reliability (0.92) were also confirmed. Also, in order to validate the desired model of skill training in the combined training method, a questionnaire was developed and after determining the validity and reliability, it was used for validation according to 25 distance education experts. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics methods including mean, standard deviation, etc. and inferential statistics methods including exploratory factor analysis and structural equation model were used, as well as single-sample t was used to validate the questionnaire. Finally, the components of the desired model of skill training were obtained by the combined training method and the research model was also presented, the results also showed that the mentioned model has the necessary internal validity and its implementation can improve the quality of skill training in conservatories.
